I sat up, covered in sweat where I was laying and started a coughing fit. There was something warm against my forehead but because of my sudden action, the warm sensation left my forehead and landed on my hands.
"(Y-Y/N)!" A voice suddenly shrieked on the top of their lungs. "Sensei is so glad your okay- negh!" Sniffling sounds came from the octopus after I coughed my lungs out, making a burning sensation fill my chest.
I looked at the octopus only resulting in my jaw dropping. He was a complete mess. Tears ran down his face and oddly enough formed a puddle under him. Snot rolled down his round head and dripped on his shirt. I gaged at him, small tears rolling down my own cheeks.
"Uwah!" We both cried out, suddenly pulling each other into a awkward and slimy embrace. Koro-sensei and I cried on top of each other for what seemed like an eternity to me. I didn't care about his slim that was making weird sounds against my skin but we cried together while snot came out both of ours noses.
"Sensei was so worried (Y/N)-chan! Uwah, what happened to you?!" He hiccuped at me, finally letting me go and offering a tissue to wipe up my snot.
I took it with a slight nod and cleaned myself up. "It's a long story...."
After quickly explaining things to him and sharing some little details about how they experimented on me, he started to bawl out his beaty eyes once again. "Oh (Y/N)-chan! Sensei is deeply sorry for how you grew up!" He sniffles one more time before clearing all the tears and snot off his face.
"But I'm sure you wouldn't have wanted it any differently, correct?" He asked seriously.
I looked at my hands. I was currently laying in my bed which seems like I've been here all day. Looking out the window, I could see Daboli lied to me. It was almost night time- the orange and pink sky mixed with a gray streak so it was probably at least almost five o'clock.
"I guess so... If it wasn't for what I've been through, I wouldn't be where I am today." I answered truthfully.
Koro-sensei's grin grew wider while an orange circle appeared on his forehead. "I see your wisdom hasn't altered even after that gain of memory. Sensei is glad." Koro-sensei slithered out of the door- which I noticed was slightly off its hinges. A small irk mark appeared on my forehead for a moment before disappearing the next.
Sighing, I flung the bed cover off my stiff legs and swung them over the bed frame. I gripped the sheets as I let my wobbly legs direct me out of the room. Grabbing onto almost everything, I slowly made my way into the kitchen where Koro-sensei was happily whistling while chopping onion's.
"You can sit on the couch if you want (Y/N)-chan. I'll work on dinner for the both of us. What about you call Karma-kun and ask him if you can hang out at his house for a couple days?"
I raised my eyebrows. "Huh? Why would I do that?"
Turning around, knife in tentacle, Koro-sensei's smile grew while a small rosy blush appeared on his yellow cheeks. "Karma-kun is your boyfriend after all. It's only natural after everything you've been through you want to spend some time away from home and with someone you love." Turning back around Koro-sensei then proceeded to chop up onions and tomatoes at Mach 20.
"I might not approve of you spending nights with Karma-kun," an obvious shudder racked the octopuses body thinking about what Karma would even attempt to do to me. "Maybe sensei was wrong to say that, never mind what I just-"
"Ristu-chan!" I called out, leaving Koro-sensei in the kitchen to gasp out.
"Hey sensei wasn't done talking yet!"
