Guess who's back, back again... Not Shady, sadly. It's just me.
What is the difference between transgender and transsexual? Well, that's pretty easy.
Transgender is when your gender is different from your sex. Not cisgender. Whether or not you have had surgery to fix that and make you more like the gender you feel like you are does not matter.
Transsexual is when you have had surgery and have taken the hormones to change your sex as much as possible to the gender you feel you are. You can be transgender and transsexual if you have had surgery/hormones to change your sex as much as is possible with the technology we have.
If you still get them mixed up, think of transgender as in gender, as in mind. Transsexual goes to sex, and in physical body appearance. I hope this helped.
Yes, this is a short chapter. I'm planning a very large chapter soon, and I pre-write these. It's amazing, I know, but I do get busy and have a life, hence why I've gotten into the habit of pre-writing. I'm going to spend a lot of time on what I think will be the very last chapter in this Handbook, hence the smaller chapters you may or may not be seeing.
Don't be a loser!
