I did a chapter on Demi-male/female already, but due to new research I give Demi-Gender a whole chapter.
So, apparently you can turn any gender into Demi- and it's perfectly good! For example, demifluid, demi-agender, demiflux.
If you are confused, it's ok. I am too. I told you in the beginning that gender was going to be really confusing, and I was more than right on that one. The more you go in, the harder it is to comprehend. Like math. I feel like I've said that before.
People do not believe you.
"Demigender? Now you're just making that up." Well, no. Nope. That's what I feel, but thanks for the invalidation. Really makes me feel all nice and fuzzy.
"You're just demigender for the attention!"
I can actually understand this one. A few people do say that they are a kind of trans for attention. Now, does that mean that you are one of those people? No. Don't defend yourself too much with these people, as they do tend to be a bit closed-minded.
"You just have SSS."
For those of you that don't know what SSS is, it means "Special Snowflake Syndrome". It basically means that you try too hard to be a special snowflake, and that it's really annoying. Now, just because you're demigender does not mean you have SSS. It also doesn't mean that you don't have it. It all depends on who you are. If you don't think you're a unique individual, and realize that there are loads of people just like you, then you can defend against this argument and be semi-respectable. The people that say this also tend to be like bigots, though.
Alright, now for a warning. I will probably be doing a little rant, because although being a part of the LGBTQ+ community is great, some of the community is really annoying, and they act like petty teenagers. Just a little heads up, before you get a bit offended.
