Twenty nine...

Tuesday.

Riley sat in the library, softly hitting her pen on her notebook. It was a free period, and she'd still not spoken to Levi.

She had to silent his texts because she felt bad for ignoring him.

Her train of thought was cut off by Scarlett waving in her face. "Hm, what?" Riley spoke up, quietly. "Did you hear me?" Scarlett giggled quietly. "Uh yeah...sorry" Riley lied. "Liar" Scarlett then smiled. "Sorry Scar..." Riley sighed, shaking her head.

"Got a lot on your mind?" Scarlett asked, leaning her arms on the table. "A lot, is an understatement" Riley nodded. "I have tests in classes now, homework, my dad..." She sighed. "Levi." Scarlett smirked.  "I feel awful Scar..." Riley told her.

"He understands, don't worry about it." Scarlett told her, trying to reassure her. "I'm still so rude" Riley nodded, putting her pen down. "No, your not! Hey, it'll be cool in a few days okay?" Scarlett nodded, as she leaned over and patted Riley's arm.

Riley put her head down into her arms as she rolled her head around.

"This is crazy" She then laughed weakly. "It's insane!" She then looked up to Scarlett. "Can you believe it? I cant. Its so stupid..." Riley sighed. "I know sweetie." Scarlett nodded. "I need to get back to this" Riley then picked up her pen, and turned the page in her notes.

The girls head subtle voices approach the library. Turning, they saw Drew and Levi walk in with folders. Drew smiled and waved. Riley wanted to do it back, and to Levi but something made her look away. Stupid? Yeah! Well done Riley.

The both of them walked over to two tables away from the girls and sat down. Levi sat facing Riley, as Drew sat on the other side. Riley watched as they opened up books, and notes before Levi looked over to her.

She got butterflies in her stomach, as she tried to swallow. She really liked him, and this was annoying her so much! She looked away and continued to do her work.

As time went on, she kept looking up to Levi and watching what he was doing. The odd time, they'd lock eyes before looking away.

"Hey...why dont you go over and explain more" Scarlett smiled. "I cant." Riley whispered. She looked up and watched as Levi sat writing. He sighed, turned a page in his book before looking up and they locked eyes.

He sat up a little more, as he bit his lip a little. He then smiled a little, but his eyes were not happy. More, sad, little hurt. Yeah this was not cool, at all!

"I'm going to end up dragging you over there Riles. Just talk to him" Scarlett smiled. "If I do that...I wont be able to stop" She looked away from him and to Scarlett. "Y'know what that means?" Scarlett whispered. "Hm?" She raised her eyebrows.

"You really like him..." Scarlett then grinned. Riley's face dropped a little as she stared at her friends. "Okay, shush!" Riley held off a large, wide smile. "Its true, I mean..." "Stop!" Riley whispered. "Levi and Riley sounds real cute" Scarlett grinned.

"Be quiet, please!" Riley giggled. "Talk to him, Riles. It'll do you both good" She nodded.

Drew and Levi sat talking quietly.

"Just say hey to her" Drew smiled. "What if she doesnt talk to me?" Levi shrugged. "Not if you go up to her" Drew made an obvious sarcastic face. Levi frowned at him before shaking his head.

"Its bullshit! I mean...this is stupid. I feel like I'm at a camp that I cant talk to her" Levi sighed, running his hands through his curls. "Dude just go over to her. She cant, wont just ignore you and walk away" Drew smiled.

"You really like her, its so obvious. Just do it" He egged on. "I was finally starting to pluck up the courage to ask her out" Levi shook his head. "Now this has happened" He looked annoyed. "...Stop moping, and freakin do something about it!" Drew sat up.

"There's nothing I can do" Levi looked at him, before looking over at Riley. She sat writing, as her hair dropped a little over her face.

"If one of you dont do it soon...we'll all make the both of you do it! and it'll be embarrassing, seriously" Drew chuckled. "So...dont make us do that" He smiled.

Levi sighed, as he tapped his pen against the table.
