Morning before shift
Severide's pov
I lay in bed with my arms wrapped around Sylvie. It's still pretty early. The clock reads 5:00 am. We don't have to get up till 7am. She starts to stir so I pull her close. About 2 hours later our alarm clock goes off. "Do we have to get up all I wanna do is stay in bed all day with you." Sylvie says "We can do that all day tomorrow after shift. For now we have to get up and get ready. I'll go get breakfast while you get ready." I say as I give her a kiss. I make my way downstairs to the kitchen to make breakfast. I make us French toast and bacon. About 20 mints later I hear Sylvie coming down the stairs. "Hey babe perfect timing breakfast is ready." I say as we sit down to eat. "Since you made breakfast I'll clean up and you go get ready." She says as I go off and get ready.
