Talking to Severide
Sylvie's pov
I run out of the bathroom in a hurry to get to Severide. "What's the hurry?" Otis says as I almost bump into him. I don't respond I just keep moving. I can't stop smiling. I walk out to the apparatus bay and found Severide sitting at the squad table. I hide my smile and walk up to him. "Hey can I talk to for a sec?" I say trying to sound normal. "Yeah sure lets go to my office we can talk there." He says to me as he gets up out of his chair. We walk to his office and he ushers me in. "What's up babe? Everything okay?" he asks me. "Last call we went on I got dizzy and fainted. We are both fine." I say to him "What do you mean WE? He says. I then pull out the test and show him. "Babe I'm Pregnant we're going to be parents." I say. "That's incredible I'm so happy. I know we talked about kids later in life but I couldn't be more happy." He says as he picks me up in a hug and kisses me. "I'll call and make an appointment for one of our days off next week. We can tell people about it later the only ones that know so far are the girls and you. You're welcome to tell Mat since he's your best friend, but no one else." I say as I kiss him back. "I gotta go back out to the guys we gotta go get fuel. You stay safe on calls." he says to me as we walk out of his office.
