We arrive on seen to find a guy laying on the ground and his bike 5 feet away from him. There is a crowd forming around him. We jump out of the ambo and run around back to get the stretcher and jump bag out. "Let's roll" I Dawson say as we run up to the victim. "Anyone see what happen here? I ask the crowd. No one responds "look someone had to of see something with this big of a crowd." Brett says. "he somehow flipped off his bike." A young lady says. "Shay help me stabilize his neck while I put on the c-collar." Dawson says to me. I hold her neck steady while she outs the c-collar on. I can see he's got multiple injury's. "Looks like he's got a few broken ribs maybe a broken wrist and some major bruises. I say. "Brett grab the backboard" Dawson says. She grabs the back board and we roll him into it and lift him onto the stretcher, into the ambo and head off to Chicago Med.
