Next morning / picking up Jace
Dawson's pov
Shift is just about to end. We had one call in the middle of the night. It wasn't to bad kept us up for an hour and a half. I head to the locker room and change out. I tell Mat I'll meet him by the car. About 5 minutes later Mats at the car. It takes us 10 minutes to get to kids first daycare. "Hey Jace. I hope he wasn't to much trouble for you. I say to Chloe as she hands Jace to Mat. " no he was great he was a tad fussy but other then that he was great. She says. We take Jace and head home. Once home we make some breakfast then crawl in bed to watch a movie. "What do you wanna do the rest of our day" I ask "staying in bed all day with you and Jace is an idea." He says to me. "Perfect for me I'm feel tired." I say. About halfway through the movie I fall asleep in Mats arms.
