Sylvie's appointment
Sylvie's pov
It's my day off. I have an appointment to see how far along I am. "Kelly are you ready to go? We are going to be late for the appointment I say. "Yeah I'll be down in a sec." he says. About 5 minutes later he walks down the stairs. We then head off to the appointment. Once there we sign in and fill out paperwork. About 15 minutes later we get called back. "Sylvie Severide" the nurse calls out. We get up and walk over to here. She takes us back to the room and takes my vitals. "The doctor will be with you shortly." The nurse says. "You excited for this new chapter in life?" Kelly asks me. "Yes I'm so excited. Are you?" I say. "Yeah I can't wait for this new chapter." He says as he leans down and kisses me. The doctor knocks on the door about 10 minutes later. "Hi I'm Doctor Brianna Maze." She says. "Hi I'm Sylvie and this is my husband Kelly." I say. "Alright let's see how far along you are." She says. Kelly grabs my hand as she shows us different body parts of the baby. "Well from the looks of it. I think you're about 5 weeks along. I'll leave your pictures up front for when you make your next appointment." She says. "Thank you." I say as she heads out. I get packed up and we head to make our next appointment for one month out.
