Dear Miles Cade,
It's the last day of school. Not to make you feel guilty for leaving because I already gave you my support to leave, but I already miss you. You didn't miss anything interesting other than my boyfriend Mason being an ass, but what's new right? I know, I know, you're already going to tell me to dump him and find someone that truly makes me happy, but it's complicated.
Anyways, you better have fun on your summer trip overseas studying oceanography. I did not allow you to leave for you to not enjoy yourself or leave myself alone with no one to hang out with for the entire summer. Learn lots of cool ocean shit for me okay? Also, take plenty of pictures! Mainly of dolphins if you see any!
I still can't believe you saw me cry when I was saying goodbye to you. Believe me, if I could rewind that I would. When you gave me a forehead kiss that was a little much, but I'm glad I got to see you before you left. You're probably thinking I'm putting more effort into you than my boyfriend (as you've stated multiple times to annoy me) and for once, I'll admit it, I am.
I have nothing else to say except I wish you all the best and I'll be sending you letters everyday. I better get a letter back at least once! Oh, one last thing, never take a photo of me to remind yourself of what I look like again. That was too cheesy.
Your best friend always,
Piper Cheyenne
