Dear Miles Cade,
I'm going to start this off by asking you a question: How is the one letter I get back from you, not a lecture, but rather you admitting that you tried to make me jealous that day? I cannot believe you did that. I wish you were here and I wish I had a smoothie to pour onto your head.
Doesn't matter now because at least you're talking to me again. Sort of. I know you're still upset at me for pushing you away, but you already know my reasons.
You really haven't been talkative in the last five days considering your letters consist of either one sentence or a small paragraph about what I said.
... I guess there isn't much more to say. Just know that the letter tomorrow, on your birthday, it'll be a long one.
I'll write you soon.
I'll still be here always,
Piper Cheyenne
