Dear Miles Cade,"Who cares about this trip? You're my best friend. There is nothing I want more than to wrap my arms around you and tell you that Mason will no longer be a problem in your life. I want to be there. Let me be there."
I care about your trip first off. That trip isn't just some vacation. That's your future on the line. You can't leave because of me. You're staying there and don't make me say it again.
Second off, you're really cheesy and I really don't deserve you in my life, but here you are. I couldn't be more grateful.
Now let me tell you about today, Mason punched Ryker in the face because I tried to break up with him and he wouldn't let me. Mason told me that he didn't appreciate Bradley trying to call the cops on him and that... he'll get his revenge. When Ryker heard that he tried to step in front of me, but Mason punched him and he fell to the ground. I didn't get hit... thank goodness. Luckily Ryker got back up, stood his ground, and made sure I wouldn't get hurt.
I repeated to Mason that him and I are over because I refused to be trapped in an almost abusive relationship any longer. I have told you how he gets aggressive, you knew right away what I meant, and you only showed me that you're here for me no matter what.
However, I don't think you'll be able to be here for me this time around. It's okay. It will be okay. Afterwards Mason told me that I'll regret breaking up with him, but I know I won't. I'll write you tomorrow.
P.S. We both owe Ryker a lifetime of Twinkies for taking a punch to the face. He knows it was for my safety, but he really likes Twinkies.
I'll be thinking of you always,
Piper Cheyenne
