Alec walks out the bedroom still strapping on his gear and carrying his bow and arrows.
"You guys ready?" Alec asks, looking around the room at his fellow shadowhunters.
None of them say anything just nod as they strap on their weapons.
"Can you two stay in case magnus needs you when I get him home?" Alec asks cat and tessa.
"Of course." Tessa answers as they all step through the portal.

"Alec." Jace says when they stop outside of an abandoned looking building. "Are you sure this is where magnus is?"
"Yes. You guys can turn back if you want. I'm going in after magnus."
"We are not leaving you." Izzy says as the other nod in agreement and they walk in the building.

"They have been gone so long. Do you think everything is ok?" Tessa asks cat while they are pacing in magnus's living room.
"I hope so." Cat says as there is a loud banging on the door.
Tessa opens the door to see alec carrying magnus and jace carrying clary.
"What happened?" She asks as alec lays magnus on one of the couches and jace lays clary on the other.
"Clary was injured while fighting and this is how we found magnus." Alec says, turning to izzy. "Can you call mom? We need to tell her what we found out."
Maryse walks in twenty minutes later to find alec still kneeling by an unconscious magnus and jace holding a very pale clary on his lap.
"Mom, the people that took magnus were working for a high ranking member of the clave." Alec says not looking at her.
"Did they say which one?"
"I think you know."
"Are you sure?"
"Yes."
"I will inform the clave." She says, walking out.
"Alec." Tessa says, laying her hand on his shoulder a couple of hours later. "Magnus is going to be fine. You need to eat something and get some rest."
"I'm not leaving his side until he wakes up."
Tessa sighs and turns to the others. "Make sure he eats and gets some rest. Magnus will never forgive us if alec gets sick." She says as her and cat leave.

Magnus opens his eyes and realizes he is in his apartment, laying on his couch. He panics for a moment thinking he can't move but then realizes there is a shadowhunter across his chest.
"Alexander." He says, pushing a strand of hair off his forehead.
Alec opens his eyes and smiles at him. "You're awake."
"Yeah." He says, laying a hand on alec's cheek. "You found me."
"Of course I did. Why wouldn't i?"
"I thought that since I didn't show up at the wedding that you would think that I left you and wouldn't come for me."
"I love you and I am never letting you out of my sight." Alec says, kissing him. "Just one question."
"What is that darling?"
"Why didn't you tell me my engagement ring was enchanted with a tracking spell?"
"Because I never thought you would be using it to find me. I thought I would be using it to find you."
"But if you had told me, I could've found you four days sooner and...." Alec is cut off in mid sentence with magnus's lips on his.
