"Are you ready?" Magnus asks, walking up behind alec and sliding his arms around his waist.
"Yeah. I just got to go get my jacket from my room."
"Ok. I will wait here for you."
As alec leans in to kiss magnus the intercom buzzes with an announcement.
"Until further notice." Maryses voice says. "The new york institute is on lock down."
Alec pulls away from magnus, frowning.
"What is going on?" Jace asks, walking up to alec.
"I don't know." Alec answers as Maryse walks in the ops center.
"I know you all are wondering what is going on. Institutes around the world, including this one have received numerous threats entailing detailed invasions so until this is cleared up no one enters or leaves." She says, walking away.
Alec turns to magnus and says, "looks like you are stuck here."
"I can't think of anything better."

"Ok." Jace says , walking in the library where alec, magnus, clary, izzy and Simon are. "What is going to be our lock down challenge this time?"
"What's a lockdown challenge?" Magnus asks when alec lays his head in his chest and groans.
"It's where we set a challenge." Alec answers. "And whoever breaks it first has to do whatever the winners want until the lockdown ends."
"But." Jace interrupts. "This is going to be a couples challenge."
"What?" Izzy asks.
"Simple. It is going to be a no touching challenge. The first couple that touches, loses."
"No way." Magnus says.
Alec leans over, whispers in his ear then leans back with a smirk on his face.
"Really?"
"Yep."
"Ok. We're in."

Jace plops down on the couch and crosses his arms, angerly.
"I can't believe that we lost and it hasn't even been twenty-four hours."
"Sorry." Clary says. "I forgot."
"I thought it would be alec and magnus that would lose."
"Well, blondie, it's called proper motivation. "
"What does that mean, sparkles?"
"It means that alec said if we won, he would go shirtless for the rest of the lockdown." Magnus says as alec blushes.
