"Maaaaagnuuuus." Alec whines from the living room.
"Yes, darling." Magnus says, walking into the room.
"I'm bored. I hate snow storms in new york. Why can't you make a portal to the Institute so I can train?"
"Even magical forms of transportation are down because of the weather."
"If this weather doesn't clear up soon, I'm gonna get flabby."
Magnus snaps his fingers and a dvd drops into alecs lap. He picks it up and reads the title, learn to pole dance.
"There are two reasons this will not work."
"What is that?"
"One, I am very clumsy. For the other we don't have a pole."
"I heard that pole dancing helps with balance and I snapped a pole into our bedroom."
"Our bedroom?"
"Yeah then I can enjoy it too." Magnus says as alec rolls his eyes.

"So." Maryse asks, looking at magnus. "What do you think it is?"
"It looks like the work of a very old type of demon called a mengerikan demon."
"I've never heard of it." She says as they walk out of the library.
"I've only heard of it."
"How do we beat it?"
"I will have to research it and let you know."
"Ok. Just let me know about your payment."
"Maryse, you have already paid me."
"I have?"
"Yes, you gave me your son." He says as they walk by the training room where jace and alec are training the balance beam.
"I've never seen alec so balanced before." Maryse says , watching her sons.
"The pole dancing did help, I guess." Magnus says, smiling to himself.
"Pole dancing?"
"When we were snowed in, he was complaining about not training so I got him a pole and a dvd to teach himself how to do it."
"Ok." She says as jace knocks alec off the beam and pins him to the mat.
"That is one of my favorite positions to have Alexander in. I certainly enjoyed it this morning." He says, smiling.
"Magnus, he is still my son."
"Maryse, he is my husband." Magnus says, walking into the training room.
