Chapter 38

Today is halloween also Daniels birthday. Everyone is coming round our house to celebrate both. Everyone is gonna be drinking but I'm not because of MJ. Lately Luke has been acting weird as he keeps doing a lot of romantic things also stuff to make me happy. Its okay feeling special but not all the time because it can get annoying. I decided before everyone arrives I will confront him. One reason I think he is like this is that he cheated on me. He is doing this out of guilty. I made my way downstairs to see Luke holding our little pumpkin. By the way MJ is dressed in a pumpkin outfit which is so cute. 

"Luke" I whispered which got his attention.

"Yeah" He smiles as he kisses my lips softly.

"We need to talk but its not a break up" I confront him as he was able to breath again.

"What about?" He says as his sits on the sofa.

"You've been acting weird lately, like more romantic and trying to make me happy. Why?" I spoke to him as he stares at MJ. His been cheating I know it. If he didn't look at MJ, I would of thought of something else.

"I feel guilty leaving you here, going through a hard time and I don't want you to go into a melt down again" He whispers the last part. I take back what I said about cheating.

"I won't go back into melt down, if I have you and MJ" I smile to him as I kiss his lips.

I hear the bell go as I ran to the door. I swung it open to see everyone there. They all came in giving me a hug. As they walk into the living room. Luke went upstairs to put MJ in her a cot as she feel a sleep. My phone went off which made me jump. I should be aware of my suroundings because the other day I walked into a door. 

Max: Gonna be late sorry :(

Me: Okay don't worry

Damn Max is gonna be late. Oh my god I forgot to tell Luke that Max was coming. He shouldn't worry about it because its just a friend. I will do what I do best which isn't running away the other one just shout it out loud.

"GUYS MAX IS GONNA BE LATE" I yelled which made Luke rush down the stairs. Don't kill me. Please don't be angry.

"Who is Max?" He asks calmly but with a pissed of tone.

"A friend also be greetful his my friend because he helped me when I was shopping with MJ and I had a break down. This is when you were on tour" I say as I take his hand which he squeezes tight.

"Okay but his just a friend?" He asks being a bit parniod. I get to mess with him.

"With benefits" I wink at him.

"What?" He screams at me.

"Luke I was joking, I can be friends with a guy by the way don't forget my best friend was a boy" I stated as I pushed past him but he grabs my arm so I can't move.

"I'm sorry for over reacting" He softly spoke as he steps closer to me.

"Its okay, but I'm gonna be friends with whoever" I smile to him as he kisses my lips softly, then down my neck. "Luke not here, its Daniels party" He laughs as he pulls me into the living room.

"Daniel, today is your birthday so we do whatever you want to do" I smile to him.

After Max arrived, he basically missed out on the food because the boys eat all and us girls had a few. We played a few games like apple bobbing, dares and never have I ever. Also we had a few trick a treaters. At one point someone tried to egg our house but I got the hose and washed them away. Everyone isn't even drunk. I mean they have had alcohol but their not off their heads. Luke and Max are becoming good friends, I hope. Daniel lowers the volume for the music and we all stared at him.
