Chapter 18~Really Ben

Amy POV

Me and Ricky are both shot awake with the noise of loud music and people. "What the hell is going on?!" I ask sitting up and rubbing my eyes. "I think Bens having a party." Ricky says shaking his head. "Go to sleep okay." Ricky says rubbing my back. We lay back down and try to fall asleep. That's when it gets louder and louder and more people show up. "That's it, Bens dying today!" Ricky says putting his jeans on. I put a sweater on and stay in my shorts. I follow a fuming Ricky upstairs.

"Do you have any idea what time it is?!" Ricky yells walking in straight up to Ben. "Yeah 2am." Ben says smirking. "Yeah two am on a Sunday!" Ricky says angrily. "Aw I'm sorry did I wake the kids?'' Ben says and everyone just stares. "Ben, if you woke the kids you would've been dead." Ricky says and I smirk. "What are you smirking at you haven't said shit." Ben says. "She's a full time mother Ben, just like I'm a full time father. We don't have a choice to go to parties or stay up late." Ricky says defending me. "If you're such good parents, where are your kids." Ben says and everyone nods. "With you're ex wife. We had to attend a family function and Adrian agreed to watching them." Ricky say and I can see Ben stiffen. "Turn down the music and have a good night." Ricky says grabbing my hand and walking out with me. And just guess who were stopped by...Clementine

Ricky just shakes his head me tries pushing her away. She kisses him and he immediately pushes her off. "Oh my fuck, go get a life already. Can't you see I don't want you!" He says unlocking the door and walking in. "Don't tell me you're mad at me?" He asks getting back into bed. "No, you didn't kiss back so yeah I don't care." I say and he kisses my cheek. "We should get to bed, were gonna have to go pick up Delilah and John." Ricky says and I cuddle closer to him.

I wake up the next morning and Ricky's gone. There's a note on the side of the bed and I read it. 'Im gonna get the kids and breakfast, I'll be back soon-R.U' I smile at the note and take a shower.

"We're back!" Ricky yells walking in the door. "Hey." I say smiling. I kiss both Delilah and John and we sit down for breakfast. "I'm gonna call Leo, Ben is out of control, and if he continues his parties and his antics were gonna have to find another apartment." Ricky says shaking his head. "But we don't pay rent here. And you know how hard it is to keep up with rent in New York." I say and Ricky shakes his head. "I know." He says letting out a sigh.

Ricky talks to Leo and I keep an eye on Delilah and John from the crack of our door. "Oh, yes thank you sir." Ricky says. "Thanks, thank you. Ok buh bye." Ricky says hanging up. "So?" I ask. "He's gonna talk to Ben, and if Ben doesn't change his way, well bens gonna have to go back to California." Ricky says smiling. I jump up and kiss him.

We get to bed and we fall asleep, cause for some reason were dead tired.
3am
Its three am and we're once again awoken by loud music and people. Delilah starts crying immediately and I rush over to get her. So now were all awake. "We storm upstairs me holding Delilah and Ricky holding John. "Really Ben?" Ricky says and everyone stares and someone turns the music off. "You just woke up my 7 month old baby." Ricky says and I rock Delilah. "Whatever this is my dads building, if I really wanted to I could kick you out tonight." Ben says smirking. Ricky just nods his head evilly before we walk out. "You need to go up there and record Ben doing something stupid." Ricky says when we finally get them back to bed. "No I'm scared." I say. "Then we'll go together." He says smiling. He grabs his phone and the baby monitor.

We manage to sneak in. We see Ben drinking, smoking and making out with a random girl. I snap the picture and me and Ricky run back downstairs. "Did you send them?" I ask Ricky. He nods and gets back into bed with me. "Police open the door!" Someone yells. Ricky goes to answer the door, as I go and get a crying Delilah. Luckily John didn't wake up.

"Wait what?" Ricky says as I walk up. "We just came to inform you that Ben Boykewich has been arrested with possession of illegal narcotics, and underage drinking." The cop says. "You guys didn't go up there did you?" The cop asks. "We did but, we only went up there to tell him to quiet down because our children couldn't sleep." I say and they cop looks upset. "I'm sorry but I'm gonna have to search you're apartment." He says. Me and Ricky let him I cause we have nothing to hide. He goes into johns room and he smiles. "I'm not gonna search you guys, I don't think you have anything." The cop says smiling. He leaves and we manage to get Delilah back to bed. "Wow, I wonder what Mr.Boykewich is gonna say." Ricky says laying down beside me. "I dunno, but Ben is out of control." I say and Ricky nods. "I'm tired. Goodnight I love you baby." Ricky says kissing the back of my head. I yawn and fall asleep

I'm the only one awake when there's a knock at the door. "It's Mr.Boykewich." He says. I run over and open the door. "Hey Mr.Boykewich!" I say smiling. "Amy were both adults, I think Leo is okay." He says smiling. "Oh please come in." I say motioning him in. "Amy who was at the door?" Ricky says yawning. "Oh hi Mr.Boykewich!" Ricky says smiling. "We're adults, it's Leo." I say and Leo laughs. "I just dropped by to say, Bens not being put in jail, and that he is coming back to California to kind of get his mind straight." Me and Ricky both nod. "So the apartment above will be rented, but I think you'll be pleased as to who is going to be living there." Leo says smiling. "Girls!" He yells. All of a sudden Madison and Lauren come in. "What are you guys doing here?" I say jumping up and giving them a hug. "We didn't like our school so we transferred to a local university here." Madison says smiling. "This is gonna be so awesome. So when do you guys move in?" I ask happily. "Tomorrow, but we were hopping we could stay here for the night." Lauren says. "Sure, oh whoops Ricky are you okay with it?" I ask and he nods smiling. Mr.Boykewich leaves smiling.

Ricky POV

Great I'm stuck with the dodo birds. I go wake John up, and Delilah is happily awake in her crib. I pick her up and walk into the living room. I walk by with Delilah and I hear part of the conversation. "Aw it's so cute how he is with the kids." Madison says. Amy smirks and nods. "Ricky were gonna go out for breakfast!" Amy yells from the living room. "Ok Delilah, the blonde one is Madison she's really stupid. And the other one is Lauren and she's kind of annoying." I say as I change her diaper. "Daa." She says tugging on my shirt. I smile and continue to get her ready. I put her on the bed with a couple of toys as I get myself and John dressed. "Dad, I don't like Madison and Lauren." John says climbing onto the bed. "Me either but, mommy does so I have to." I say cleaning the room a bit. "Why?" He asks grabbing Delilah so I can make the bed. "Well because that's how a relationship is. You have to work as a team, and even if you don't like the person you have to like em cause you don't wanna hurt you're partners feelings." I say and John looks puzzled. "You're two young now but you'll get it someday." I say taking Delilah and walking to the living room.

"Thanks for being nice to them." Amy says once were in bed. "You're welcome." I say kissing her cheek. "Feel like doing anything?" She asks smirking. "Not with you're friends a room away." I say laughing. "Oh cmon I always do it when you want." She says pouting her lip. "No stop being so horny." I say and we both laugh. "I will rape you if I have to." She says laughing but I don't. "Baby I'm sorry, I didn't mean to bring back bad memories." She says sitting in my lap and putting her hand on my cheek. "It's okay, I know what you meant." I say. She leans her forehead against mine and I kiss her. "Why do you love me?" I ask smirking. "Cause you're my Ricky." She says smiling. "Why do you love me?" She asks smiling. "Cause you're meh gurl Ames." I say and she smiles from cheek to cheek. I did give into her horniness at the end of the night.
