Chapter 89~Dramarama

Amy POV

Well my mom bailed yesterday so I guess we'll be seeing her today at my dads house with Kathleen and Grace, Jack, Jessica, Katie and Nathan. Ashley's probably gonna be there too.

"Mason you have to wear pants." I say and he groans. "But see if I wear shorts, there will be no rips to repair!" He says and I laugh.

"Nice try, John can you please-" I begin and he sighs. "I got it mom." He says and I place a kiss on his cheek before walking out.

"Delilah I don't really see the problem I mean wearing jeans to a family function is not that bad." Ricky says and I cross my arms.

"Ya know dad, sometimes your kinda cooler than mom thanks." She says high giving him and walking out as I stand there with my arms crossed.

"I messed bad?" He questions scrunching his face. "Mhm." I say crossing his arms and he sighs.

"Well can you please do my tie for me?" He asks smiling and I shake my head walking into the bathroom. I'm not upset I just like pissing Ricky off. It's one of the perks of being his wife.

He picks the lock and walks in smiling. "I was kidding but ok sure just come with me in the bathroom." I say laughing and he kisses me.

I do his tie and he walks out smiling. Mason comes out in jeans and a dress shirt and John sighs.

"It's all he would take." John says tugging on his shirt. "It's okay honey. If you want you can change to. We don't have to go all nice." I say putting and he smiles before walking back to his room.

"Alright lets go, Ricky grab the gifts!" I yell standing at the door with my keys. They each go out one by one and sit in the car. "Seat belts?" I ask and I look back and everyone's got them. "Awesome." I say starting the car.

''This is definitely going to be interesting isn't it?'' Ricky whispers in my ear. ''Oh for sure.'' i say due to the fact everyone is sitting awkwardly and has a mean face.

The kids run off to go play with the other kids and John awkwardly sits next to me and Ricky. ''So Amy, hows teaching coming along?'' My dad asks finally breaking the silence. ''It's good. I have these kids i'm looking out for. Her names Aria and her and her boyfriend Matt are in the same position me and Ricky were a couple of years ago.'' I say tussling John's hair and he smiles.

''Grace how's being a doctor going?'' My dad asks once again breaking the silence. ''It's good I guess.'' She replies and Jack smiles.

Ashley walks in and at this point she's my only hope. ''Jeez what is up with everyone?'' She asks and I laugh.

''Here go to aunt Amy.'' She says handing me a two year old Bailee. "Why does Amy get to hold Bailey first?" Grace says with a pout.

"No offence but Amy is my sister." Ashley says and I nod. "Well so am I." She fires back and Ashley sighs. "Grace were related by marriage that's it. Me and Amy are blood." Wow I've never thought I'd hear the day where Ashely actually said she loved her sister.

Grace crossed her arms and stomped off upstairs. "I'll get her." Jack said with annoyance in his voice.

After hours of awkward sitting my mom finally arrives with Rebecca and the food she cooked.

Oh how worse dinner was. Not even Mason or Nathan said a word.

I look at my watch and it reads 7:45pm. "Well we should open gifts now." I say breaking the silence and my dad nods.

My dad got all of our kids clothes and for Grace's kids he got actual toys. Ashley's pissed cause he got Bailee clothes too, when he could've got her toys.

My mom on the other hand got Mason and Delilah toys and John a new pair of headphones, and a book he wanted.

"Well, um Ricky has work tomorrow, so we should really get going, uh thanks for having us over." I say and everyone nods and I awkwardly leave.

"Aye ugly, come over to me and Grants we're gonna have a small better party." Ashley says with a laugh and I nod.

"I am mad at grandpa." Mason says crossing his arms as soon as we get to Ashley's house.

"Me too."
"Me three"
"Me four."
Me, Delilah and John say.

"Yeah it's kinda crappy." Ashley says and I nod. "Grace is annoying, like hey over yourself." John says and Ashley high fives him.

"You take after your aunt in some ways." She says and I laugh.

"So what do you have tomorrow?" She asks and I smirk. "Jenna's party." I say and she laughs.

"Welcome to my kingdom." Jenna say opening the door and I laugh. "Hi Jenna." I say hugging her and walking in.

"Ok, so what did you get me?" She asks with a grin.

"I got you." I say handing her a box and she smirks. "You didn't." She says smiling and I nod. "Your gonna make me cry you hoe." Jenna says wrapping me in a hug.

"She got me a back up hard drive so I'll never lose my work." Jenna says and Matty smiles. "Oh and I got you, the necklace and earring set you wanted." I say and and she laughs.

"Well Amy, I got us..." she says pulling out a little black box. "These." She says pulling out bracelets.

"Yours says best and my says friends and look boom they connect." She says clicking them together and I wrap her in a hug. "Jenna your my best friend." I say sobbing and so does she.

Ricky Pov

"Are you sure Amy didn't have anything to drink before she came here?" Matty asks as we're laughing at them. "I'm pretty sure, maybe Jenna spiked the water." I say and he laughs again.

"Ok for Mason I got..." Jenna says smirking and he smirks to. "Your game." She says handing him a video game and he hugs her so tightly smiling hugely.

"And John." She says cocking an eyebrow and handing him a bag. "Aw hell yes! And huge bag of axe!" He says causing all of us to laugh.

"And Delilah, Journals and pyjamas!" Jenna says and Delilah freaks out. "Yes! I need some pyjamas and living with these dodos I can write some pretty good stuff in this." She says referring to Mason and John.

"And for Ricky." She says smirking and I brace myself. "Booyah my dude." She says handing me a box and inside, is a new leather jacket.

"Since ya know, you've had the same one from high school." She says and Amy laughs. "Thanks Jenna!" I say and she laughs.

"And for Matthew, I got you a cable converter!" Amy says handing it to him
and his eyes light up. "I needed one of these! Finally I can do my iPad lessons." He says and I laugh.

"For Jaxon, we got you some fresh cleats." Amy says handing him them and he rambles on about something happily before running off with Mase.

"And for you, I got us Cuban cigars." Matty says and I laugh. "Ugh dudes." Amy says and I laugh.

Great Jenna's was the best...can't wait for dinner at Ben's with Leo.
