Chapter 42~sad day

Amy pov

I could hardly sleep all night, cause I was thinking about Jenna. I woke up early than everyone else, so the only other person awake was Mason, so he's coming with me for coffee.

I love just watching how babies move. Mason just sits on my hip as I walk around with him, he looks around absorbing, all the colours and al the amazing things. I just love it. I kiss him and he smiles. Unlike john he doesn't have a thing for hair, John would always pull on my hair and it hurt soooo bad.

"You don't think mommy is mean do you?" I ask Mason. "Maaa!" He says smiling. "I just feel bad cause I feel like your aunt Jenna needed me." He looks at me questioning. "You don't understand anything I'm saying do you?" I say smiling. "Maaaa!" He repeats again. I give him a kiss and walk back to the room.

"Hey where'd you go?" Ricky says smiling and giving me a kiss. "Just to clear my mind." He nods and walks to the bathroom. "Look I know your worried about Jenna, but I'm sure she's fine." I nod and get Delilah dressed.

"It's raining?!" I groan once we make it outside. "Man, we can't go swimming.." Ricky says sadly. "I guess we could just walk around." We say walking to where we get off. "Oh um sorry, but due to the whether everyone's staying on the boat. The guy says. We groan and walk back to our room.

"What are we suppose to do all day?" Ricky groans sitting on the couch. "I don't know:" great this is stressing me if the kids don't have something to do, they flip.

"Mommy I'm bored!!!!" Delilah yells repeatedly running around the room. "Yeah me to mom." John says chasing her. Mason starts bawling his eyes out and be and Ricky just sit there numb and lifeless.

Finally they tire themselves out and they fall asleep. "Thank you God." Ricky mutters under his breath. "Ricky, I just feel bad for you know hanging up on Jenna and-" he shakes his head and leaves. What the hell, just happened.

Ricky POV

My patience is really starting to drop with Amy, everything's a crisis with her. This is a family vacation, not a Jenna and family vacation! God she only thinks of herself, I'm trapped I honestly feel trapped. That's a lie I'm not trapped but I am pissed off.

I walk around, and just clear my mind. I see Amy and the kids at the dinner place, and I walk in to join them.

"Look he decided to come back." Amy says in an annoyed tone. "I just needed a walk." I go grab some food for us with John. "Amy, of Jenna had something important she wouldn't have hung up on you. I'm sorry for walking out I just needed some air." She nods and gives me a small hug.

"Amy I've been thinking, why don't you call Jenna back. I'll even do it with you." I say sitting beside her while the kids are swimming inside and we're sitting out. "Ok, but she probably won't answer." She hands me Mason and pulls out her phone.

She dials Jenna's number a couple times but no answer, she shakes her head and sits beside me. "I'm sorry." I say kissing her head, as she leans it on my shoulder.

Jenna POV

"I just don't understand why your so mad." Matty says playing with Jaxon in his high chair. "Cause, she doesn't care about me or anything, she only cares about herself." I say starting to cook dinner.

"Jenna honey, you have to understand they're on vacation as a family, Amy has never actually really been on vacation. So Hawaii was awesome but this for her is the best thing ever, because she is with her own family she created, and she is on a trip she could give to her kids that her parents could never give to her." Matty says. "Now I feel bad...." I say. "And so you should, she probably can't even enjoy her vacation because she's thinking of you. That's selfish Jenna." I think I really need this reality check.

"Your probably asleep but, I just wanna say sorry. I freaked, enjoy your vacation and I can't wait till you get back. I love you boo bye." I leave a message.

Amy POV

I wake up the next day and see I have a voicemail.....Jenna! I listen to it and it honestly takes all the weight off my shoulders.

Ricky POV
'You my friend are a live saver.' I text Matty. 'The old guilt trip always does the trick. Enjoy your trip man!' He texts back. 'Have a good day bye'

"Ricky guess what?!" Amy says happily. "You and Jenna are good?" I ask smiling. "How'd you know?" She questions skeptically. "Lucky guess." She smiles and kisses me, phew that was a close one.

So today were in Phillipsburg St.Maarten. It's so nice, like I can't even, it's also really hot which the kids love cause they can spend the entire time swimming. "Uppy, Uppy!" Delilah says reaching up, I smile at her and boost her up on my shoulders. There is that beach where literally the plane like flies right over you, but we already checked and there's no flights today so, we're just gonna stay at this beach.

We all get in the water, and I like how Amy isn't one of those girls that are like it's too cold, or I can't wet my hair. Amy just has fun she doesn't care about all that, which is another good quality I love about her.

The kids play in the water and of course I have Mason and Amy who is clinging onto my back. She keeps kissing behind my ear which is making me a little hot not gonna lie. We sit on the beach while the kids play in the sand, Mason sleeps and Amy leans her head on me.

It's almost time for the boat to leave so we get on, of course the kids are so tired, but we still haven't eaten so we're gonna eat, watch a show them well all go bed. I'm happy Amy's happy now.

A/N short chapter but it's all good, so yeah guess what..... My French teacher called me Gabriella again it's not Gabriella it's Isabella! Goddamn anyways yeah, updates everyday except Sunday cause I have a baptism.....joy😒ei I might burst into flames as soon as I walk into church have you seen what I write in this book whoops sorry God.
