Chapter 96~Go Dels

John Pov

"Wake up you bum!" Delilah says shaking me and I groan. "Why? I'm growing I need sleep!" I say stuffing my head under my pillow.

"It's march break and we need to go to our competition!" She says excitedly and I smile.

"All right, pack your stuff." I say sitting up and she smiles.

"Watch your sister okay?" My dad says and I nod. "And Delilah watch your brother." My mom says and Delilah chuckles getting in the car.

"You have your horn?" I ask and she nods. "Have your sticks and fingers?" I'm about to start the car but I feel like we're forgetting something.

"You assholes almost left me!" Mason says getting in the car and shutting the door. "Oh yeah our saxophonist." I say and he swats my arm.

"Aye watch the horn!" Delilah says cause Mason puts his case close to hers. He shakes his head and stares out the window.

"Mason did you figure out that note you were having trouble with?" I ask and I can see him nod in the mirror. "Yeah I was playing b instead of b flat." He says chuckling and Delilah laughs too.

Amy Pov

"A whole week without children, what ever are we going to do?" Ricky asks enclosing the small space between us.

"Depends." I say my lips brushing against his as I speak. He crashes his lips against mine and I smirk.

"We should save that for later babes, why don't we go visit old friends?" I suggest and he chuckles. "What kind of old friends?" Ricky asks and I smile.

"Well like Madison, Lauren, and Ashley." I say and he sighs. "I know I'm not going to find a way out of this so sure let's go see dummy 1 and dummy 2." Ricky says and I chuckle.

John Pov

"Delilah in tired you drive." I say letting go of the wheel and her face becomes scared. "JOHN!" Delilah yelled and I chuckled putting my hands back on.

"Were on a side road that no ones on, were fine." I say and she sighs. "Where is it we're stopping again?" She asks.

"Well we're stopping in Las Vegas and from there a 4 hour drive to Phoenix." I say and she nods.

"That's smart, we turned a 10 hour trip into a five hour trip." She says and I furrow my eyebrows. "Well if we didn't stop we'd drive for ten hours, but since we're stopping it's five hours each way." She says grinning and I smile at her.

"What happens I we gotta pee?" Mason asks and Delilah chuckles. "You're a boy, whip it out the window and pee." Delilah answers and I laugh so hard I'm crying.

"We gotta make a stop anyways, I need some food and we need some gas." I say and Mason sighs in relief.

Ricky Pov

"AMY!" Madison and Lauren yell and I grit my teeth. "Oh and hi Ricky." They say and I roll my eyes.

"Hi I'm Darcie!" Lauren's daughter says. "Hi I'm Ricky." I say and she smiles. "She's cute isn't she?" Jesse asks and I nod.

"How's your girl?" He asks and I smile. "She's good, who's that guy?" I ask and Jesse chuckles. "Madison's husband Tommy, and their kids Aaron and Maddie." Jesse says and I smile.

"Where's your kids?" He asks and I chuckle. "Ah on a road trip to Nevada for a music competition." I reply and he nods.

John Pov

"Alright no one leaves my sight, and then we'll go to the bathroom." I say as we pull up to the gas station. "Ok pick one food item and one drink." I say and they get their stuff and I get mine.
