Deception (a World of Warcraf Fanfic)

This is a FANFICTION. This did not happen and some facts will be incorrect. Some characters, (including the main character) are made up, but some are real.))

(General Goraff)

There are many other generals in the Horde, and I am among many of them. Some own great titles, some own even greater titles. Honor and strength is what a true Orcish general is all about. I, though, am lacking these.

I, General Grosh Goraff, don't even deserve the title General. I was a disgrace to the Horde. I can't lead a single troop or give a simple order without mass bloodshed. So you can see my desperation in this girl.

I disliked the Tauren much, their perspective on war so unlike our own. They are nomads, travelers who never got anything done. One if their own had caught my eye, despite these well known facts.

She's a hunter in her older teens, a bit whimsical, yes, but shoots like its so effortless and simple. She began battling alliance when she caught my eye. She began entering battles, and her tactics were unpredictable, every motion had left a nasty mark on her opponent. This is when I decided she would be the one to put my name on the map.

She was in the eastern kingdoms on a hunting trip of some sort according to locals, who seemed fond of the girl. It bothered me not, I simply had to notify Garrosh of her magnificence. Then, he would have to fetch her. Her discovery would be in my glory.

I entered Grommash hold like I was superior to all others, confident my idea would succeed. Garrosh would be pleased with my dedication to the Horde.

"Grosh Goraff, you have nerve coming here! You've lost another hundred men if my last report does your failure any just. I'll take your visit as a plea to keep your position." Bellowed the warchief.

"These are not my intentions, sir! I have come to alert you of a young Tauren who-"

"I have no interest in the nomadic Tauren affairs. We are at war Goraff! You-"

"She could win this war for us!" I boldly interrupted. I scanned the two Kor'kron guards behind me to see if their reactions were to throw me out. They remained still.

"What's so special about this girl?" Asked the mighty war chief. Winning the war had always been what interested him in anything. I do wish I could serve the mighty Thrall, who was by far better than Garrosh, with all respect, that is.

"Her name is Saerah. She was born a local to Mulgore, and lived in a small tent on the edge of Bloodhoof village. I'm unsure of her parents. Her only family is her prairie wolf, fluffy-"

"I don't want to hear an inspiring story about a little girl and her... Fluffy... GET ON WITH IT GORAFF!"

"She is, perhaps, the best hunter Azeroth has ever seen! Her bow, she loads it faster than any gun. Her pet was named when she was very young, it sends chills through my men to watch it rip apart alliance like its nothing! thousands of alliance men have died at her hand, and she's just started to take credit for it all. Do not pass up this opportunity. I suggest recruiting her to send to Pandaria. She takes out whole alliance bases! sir, she is a mandatory passenger on The next Airship."

He seemed impressed, his bodyguards nodded in approval. I felt a grin coming on, a well earned smile, my visit to Thunder Bluff was all or nothing, and I had found all.

"Well then, where is she?" he kept his rough tone, but I could sense the excitement in his eyes. I hoped he wouldn't be mad I didn't have her waiting outside the door.

"She's on a hunting in the eastern kingdom. Don't know why, lots of animals are sickly out there, but I know what inn she's staying at, and I'll alert them immediately.

"I'll see that you do."

General Goraff is made up, and any WOW fan knows Garrosh Hellscream is real. Saerah is based off my character and Fluffy (I didn't name it, my little brothers did) is her pet in game. Please comment feedback! I'm not changing the storyline, but I'll take advice!
