(Saerah)
"I am truly growing more and more exited about this place Baine. I have seen things, beautiful things I can only hope you will one day come and see. I don't think anything more beautiful exists anywhere else in all of Azeroth.
The others have just returned from a scouting trip, as have I from a diplomatic trip. Can you believe that I'm in charge of working with the natives, of all people?
I don't know if you have found a way to write back yet, as of now I am sending my letters via Nazgrim. I'm glad to be working with him again. A man of strategy, no doubt, any other General would not have been able to pull this off.
Warm regards,
Saerah"I can't wait to hear all about the scouting trip, the whole camp is all stirred up about it, something about slickies? I can't understand half if what these Hozen say, but they've been bouncing about all day, and I wonder why.
As I walked throughout camp, though, it slowly became aparent who the "slickies" were. The Jinyu, as referred to by the Pandaren, fish people. I take it the alliance, too, have found an unlikely ally. The friend of our enemy is our enemy as I see it.
"You're lucky I'm in this cage." threatened one as I walked by.
"Hey, kid." Called out Kiryn, "Over here! Oh boy, do we have a story for you."
Kiryn and the others lit up upon seeing me. "Even Goraff did some amazing things!" added Gorrok.
"Meet our new prisoner, found him out by that statue. Quite the runt for a soldier, don't ya think?" Joke Shokia.
Hy heart stopped when I saw the boy, this was him! Yes, every detail fit, the boy from my dream. The young blonde was no older than me, dressed in light alliance armor. They were incorrect, though, he was no soldier, more someone of significance.
"So first, Gorrok went up to this house and..." the rest I tuned out, something about this witch turning Gorrok to jade, the others abandoning him, but then Goraff came in and slashed her to pieces with his sword, rescuing him.
My focus was on the boy, I had to know more, he was the only piece missing from my dream. I smiled at him, and in return got a puzzled glare.
"And the Rikko rescued Kiryn from slickies!" Rikko jabbered on and in about how he fought of Jinyu and Human both and freed Kiryn from a trap. He even admitted he asked for a kiss, and learned the hard way thank Kiryn was dead.
I know the boy, but I can't pin a name to the face.
They finished up their reports, and I found myself still destructed by the prisoner.
Nazgrim joined us, he was talking to the chief about something. Whatever it was, it was more important than filling me in. Not that I was paying attention, sadly.
"You'll have to tell us about your mission later, kid. It's been a sleepless past nights." He grunted. "Let me see that prisoner."
Shokia nudged him with the barrel of her gun. "A bit young. You aren't a soldier, are you? Men, the Horde has found a streak if luck! All be, this boy is none other than his royal highness Varian's boy!"
"My father will have you killed for this!" He spoke in empty threats, what was he going to do about it.
"Silence whelp. You're ours now. If your father wants you back so badly, he will gladly hand over this land to the Horde!" Nazgrim chuckled. In his eyes, we had won the war today.
"I suppose you'd like a report?" I asked.
"Not at the moment, but Kiryn and I would like to have a word." He said slyly, nodding at Kiryn.
