(Anduin)
I'm stuck in this cave, aren't I? To think that I could be at home, warm and safe! Out here everything wants to eat me, I won't let them. Between the Hozen in the day and the beasts that lurk at night, I'll be lucky if I ever see anything besides these stone walls.
It really starts to get to you, the walls, I mean. It could drive one mad, being stuck in this crack for too long, and I fear that might just be my fate, madness. My situation truly fits the saying "between a rock and ha hard place."
Didn't matter, though, I'd think of something. Eventually I won't be able to bear my hunger and make some desperate move. Until then is remain here, or at least until the Hozen found me, then I'd have to run.
The Hozen weren't the only ones I was concerned would find me, though. If the saboteur find me, I'll be back in Stormwind by the next day, and my father's wrath is far scarier than the monkey's face paint.
I severed another piece of carrot, my ration of the day. I've limited myself to two wedges, if I want it to last until I can muster up some courage and find food. That gives me one more day at most, if I clean it to the bone, that is.
I'm growing restless, struggling to stop my legs from falling asleep. One more day of food, that carrot lasted me three? Maybe four days now. If I had thought this through, I wouldn't have eaten so much the first day, and I could have stayed here for another week.
What am I saying? Another week would kill me. I scanned the area, no Hozen in sight.
'Chance it, Anduin.' my conscience beckoned.
"No," I argued aloud, "That's what they want me to do."
'You're talking to yourself...'
I shook it off, trying to relax a little. It was now or possible never, so I gave myself a good stretch and bolted towards the nearest road.

"My friend,
A lot has happened in the past days. The Hozen have given me a new name, 'Wicket' strange isn't it? I guess it means 'killer' to them, because they no longer gave me or the others any trouble.
In fact, they were so petrified I could walk right up to their leader with no challenge at all. A reasonable Hozen, really, told me he never liked Ook anyways. In fact, he made a deal I just couldn't refuse. He would have his people aid us in exchange for protection. They seemed to look at me as indestructible now.
So I rescued a few of them from being devoured by crocosliks, who surprisingly out up a nasty fight. My entire lower leg is all patched up from the damage it took from those sharp fangs. I credit the beasts, they are far quicker to the crocs back at home, and have hundreds more teeth! There was, though, still some Deep cuts on my leg, I hope they don't scar.
At first they were taken of guard by my act of kindness, surprised I wasn't killing them, but all was good when I offered some fish as a token of our peace.
Hope things are peachy in thunder bluff, are you going to consider a colony here like Garrosh suggested? I know you don't like him and all, but it's amazing what the Earthmother has blessed this land with. I insist you come one day and see it for yourself.
With care,
Saerah"
Well, what a story this has become so far, and we're only a week in. I can't wait to write to Baine once I find an easy way to mail, he'll be blown away by my stories! Though he gets so antsy about my big hunting trips and adventures, I've always known Baine to love a good story. Honestly, he's not so bad himself when he's on the field. I wish he could get out more.
