What a hot mess! First we crash, now they want to send me pack to Stormwind. I'm beginning to regret the years of being father's pet, I should have trained as a warrior, perhaps I would have a bit more respect. Being fifteen, going on sixteen, and untrained in combat, is actually a very valid reason to send one home.
But I'm not going home. That is, not unless they can find me. Running away may have not been the most rational decision I've ever made, but I'm tired of standing beside the throb as men die out here. I was going to help in this new land, wether they like it or not. Father is very involved in everything, and he's royalty, too. Besides, if I am ever going to successfully rule Stormwind when it is my turn to take the thrown, I gave to be able to do these things. This was something books could not teach me
Yes, contrary to Jaina's belief, I could not live of the information from texts alone. Jaina was a big part of the action, too, but she'd be crazy not to be, she is an incredible Mage!
So now here I was, stuck in a damp cave for the night. It took hours for me to get a simple fire going. At first I had tried traditional ways like rubbing sticks together, but let me say, it looks much easier when people who know what they're doing start fire. Then I tried various spells on it, none seemed to generate heat. At first I had thought the animals would get me, but the cold probably will first. I returned to the sticks, eventually getting a spark, but I believe it was the intensity of me glare that started the fire.
I'm not the best at killing animals, and I had no idea what wildlife was poisonous or not in this foreign land, now that I think of it if my food weren't prepared I would have eaten a couple poisonous herbs in my lifetime. Tonight's dinner would be a thin soup consisting of water, and an unmistakable carrot.
I sipped it slowly, expecting to taste something similar to the soup at home, but spit it out in disgust. The SI:7 were right, I'm better off at home. I can't prepare a simple meal. I ate the rest of my water/carrot slop to satisfy my stomach's growls. I'd have to find a better place to stay, but the sun was setting and it wasn't safe to operate in the dark without a lantern. I could make a torch, but based on my earlier displays of survival, I'd best not try anything new.
"You've done it now, Andi, could've gone home, could've been eat a spectacular dinner." but I couldn't have, because I've seen something my father has hidden from me for years.
I have seen war.
Something I have read about, hears small talk back and forth from guards on the topic, but to see the blood, the loss, hearing the blood curdling shrieks. This was not an image I could easily erase, no, if I went home now, they would haunt me. The Alliance has a future here, and I intend to find it and prove I am a worthy heir and not my father's pet.
I burnt myself tending to the fire, and stumbled back. No worries, though, it took little effort to heal. There were some ups to being a priest, I was hard to keep down, as long as I was able bodied, I could patch myself up with ease. No warrior can do that.

I had enjoyed a good night sleep in my tent. I had patched it together from a few pelts and clothes from the fallen alliance, and I have to say, I did a great job. I wouldn't mind spending a few more nights in it, of corse, it will grow even warmer with some more fur. I was awaken by an eager Kiryn, much happier than I remember her being yesterday, when she was a sheer amount more grumpy.
"Morning. Rivett wants you to see something! I'd get up if I were you, it's amazing."
The loud noise of Gyrocopter propellers boomed throughout camp, and that's exactly what it was. Rivett has not failed to amaze me yet. It was gnomish mechanics, yet he was capable of overriding it and bringing it back to life. "We're going airborne!" he squealed.
