I was escorted by Baine to our accommodations. It was a cozy inn, a fire roared in the fireplace. Though it was scorching earlier today, the desert grew extremely cold after dark.
"You don't have to go." He reminded me.
"I can't say I don't want to. I've been growing bored with Azeroth, until recently I thought I've seen it all, but now there's more, and I have to see it!"
"I never understood your ways. I've fought battles, yes, but never found the thrill of a kill as you do, never wanted to travel to the extent where I've seen the world at such a young age. Without those people, though, I don't know how we'd survive. If you feel it's right, go to Pandaria, and do what you feel is honorable."
"Thanks Baine."
"Get some sleep. You'll need it."
The sheets on my bed were very thin, I've gone from burning to freezing in hours. I took a few deep breaths and rant fingers through my hair. It was short compared to most, thick and straight, I liked it that way.
Wind blew past the clay structure, causing the beads that drooped from the window to sway and click. I could hear a faint cricket chirp in the distance. The wind's whistles completed the earthy chorus. A musical gift from the Earthmother.
Her sweet lullaby had lulled me to sleep many nights before, but tonight a more powerful beat kept me awake. The fast paced beat of my heart. Of all the places I've stayed the night at, I had never had as much trouble falling asleep as I do now.
I studied fluffy in hopes his slumber could inspire mine. The prairie wolf lie at the edge of my bed, fast asleep. He took deep breaths, with each his sandy coat rose up and down, he occasionally snorted. I envied his lack of knowledge on the events tomorrow.
"Dammit Baine!" I thought aloud, "I had not a fear in this world until you opened your mouth!" I then remembered his room was diagonal to mine. I gasped, hoping he was a heavy sleeper.
It was his fault, though. I could've just gone, and had an adventure like I have searched for so long and hard, but now I felt the presence of his worry looming over me.
"Sleep. you need it." I told myself, thinking perhaps hearing it would get my body to obey. I thought of the nights I spent in small camps, having my bow at my side, alert, ready for the worst. How had I slept those nights? I shut my eyes and forgot the world.
I fluttered them shut, forcing them to obey, and I kept them shut, with all my will.

I stood surrounded by jungle. The plant life was exotic, like none I have ever seen, and I've seen it all. A strange creature crawled by, it was covered in spiky features, all black and white, a strange mist arose from it. A flash of light, no doubt from a priest, struck the creature down.
I turned to meet its killer, a human. A teenage boy, perhaps my age stood parallel to me. He had short cut blonde hair and wore very basic armor, all alliance colors. He was no soldier, and he wasn't attacking me, he was... friendly?
Something brushed against my leg. I looked down and saw two very blizzard things. I had feet and peach skin, too fair to be a blood elf, so I must be a human. A wild cat with fur the darkest shade of black brushed against it. It, too, seemed friendly. Was this fluffy?
The cat made its way to the alliance boy's side. He bent over to stroke it. The two made it back to my side. He said something, but I couldn't hear.
"I'm sorry, what was that?" I asked. Suddenly, everything began to shake, no, it was me who was shaking. The boy repeated what he said, I could tell by his look he was yelling, but I heard no sound. The shaking grew stronger, stronger!
