What happens when a Gotham city psychiatrist is assigned to a murderous,'insane' patient?

I was no longer Dr.Harleen Quizel,she died the first day I met Mistah J.I've stuck with the name my puddin' gave me,Harley Quinn.
Once we crawled out of the tub of acid we drove off,back into the city to Mistah J's new hide-out an old abandoned house,which wasn't that far away from my apartm- old apartment.
My hair was a lighter shade of blonde almost a platinum shade,the ends of one side of my hair was pink and the other side of my hair was a blue and my skin was a pale white,I loved my new look.
Mistah J made his goons find me some more suitable clothing for my new life,a whole rack of clothes were made for me.
Mistah J wanted me to try some of them on for him,so that's exactly what I did.
I picked out a few that caught my eye and tried them on for my puddin'.
To which most of them he responded with "not for the moment,maybe for a special event but you look stunning".
Until I found a baseball top with 'Daddy's little monster' on it,which was red on the top half and white on the bottom, Mistah J said I looked great in red when I first met him.I also remembered him saying I also looked amazing in blue so I picked out a pair of blue,gymnastic type shorts.I also added accessories such as a belt to go round the shorts,spiked bracelets and some tights.
I put some blue eyeshadow on one eye and red on the other and smudged them both out.
I walked out from the bathroom to show him,he was lying on the bed.
"Mistah J"I smiled.
He lifted his head up from the bed his eyes travelled down my body as a smile crept it's way into his face.
"Wow Harley you look amazing".I brushed at his comment doing a little spin around for him to see.
"This is definitely what you're wearing from now on"he smiled.
"I also got my boys to get you some shoes"he spoke pulling some cute white high heeled shoes.

"Aww thanks puddin'!"I squealed throwing my arms round his neck.
"Now let's go out"he laughed.
"Remember when I asked you what weapon you would use?"he asked leading me to a chest of what I presumed where his weapons.
I nodded in response. "I got you a baseball bat and put some stuff on it"he spoke pulling out the bat.

"Right come on let's go do something fun!"he laughed menacingly.
