Rachels pov:
I was at home doing homework when the door bell rang. I got up and opened the door to see Shelby standing there.
"Shelby, what are you doing here?" I asked her.
"I came here to talk." She said.
"I don't have anything to say to you Shelby. I moved on, you were right I'm better because you left." I said.
"Rachel I was wrong." She said.
"Why can't you just let me be happy? I was happy with you not in my life. You told me I'd be fine without you that I be happy and then you left and that hurt more than anything in the world. But then I moved on , like you said. So why can't you just let me be?" I asked her.
"I have cancer." She said bluntly.
"What?" I said shocked.
"I have cancer and I want to spend my time with you and Beth." She told me.
"You need to leave." I said and shut the door in her face.
