After pacing his apartment, Gabriel rummages around until he finds his phone. Knowing that Sam won't pick up, he plans to leave a voicemail.

"She forced herself on me, Sam, I promise," he starts, assuming Sam would exit the voicemail if he started any different. "If you keep listening, I'll explain," Gabe pauses to give Sam a choice at this point. "She still has a key to my apartment, I forgot she had it and when the door closed I thought it was you. She was already in her underwear and bra when I got out in the living room. When she cornered me..I couldn't push her away. I won't hit a woman, I can't. Please ca–" Beep. He sighs and slides his back down the wall, tucking his head into his knees.

I won't stay home today. I won't cry. The party..yeah. Sam wipes his cheeks and is thankful that Kevin only gave him a hug and said he was there if he needed anything, but didn't ask questions.

"You're going to the party?" Kevin asks, clearly confused because the teen was just crying. "Yeah, I don't wanna mope around I guess."

"Okay, well I'll be with Channing tonight but you have my number if you need anything."

"Thank you Kevin, really," Sam attempts a smile.

Before leaving he quickly grabs his phone with an unread voicemail. Without thinking about it, he presses play and tucks it between is ear and shoulder while putting a flannel on over his shirt and locking the door.

"Charlie I said I don't want to go."

"Gabriel fucking Novak, you will not sit around and be sad if I can help it!" She tugs on his arm but has no luck getting him off the floor, "What will it take to get your ass up and out?"

"Sam," he murmurs, his voice cracking.

"There will be free alcohol."

"Fine."

"Awe, where's your overgrown boyfriend at? Oh wait, let me guess, he found someone better," a guy named Dick laughs, his friends joining in. "Ya gonna cry?" He mocks, "You should have known that he's out of your league. Can't you tell?"

"At least try and defend yourself," Dick laughs again, "God, you really are pathetic."

"Leave him alone," Sam barks, stepping between them. "Am...am I missing something?" He points at them, "He cheated on you last I knew."

"Man just shut up," Sam shakes his head. "Or what?" He tests, shoving the teen back. The Winchester only shakes his head again, taking a deep breath. "Oh come on. You too?" Again, he pushes Sam but only to get the same reaction. "You two are both pathetic. You deserve each other."

"Whatever," Sam turns to leave, glancing at Gabriel, signaling with his eyes to follow. Only when he's about to, Dick takes it as his chance to knock him over.

Gabe gasps as he puts his hands out in front of him as reflex, catching himself right before his face collides with the tile floor.

Without a second to follow, Sam swings as he spins on his heels, hitting the other man in the nose. Blood gushes out immediately, and he falls back onto two of his friends, who steady him.

"You can push me all you want but you do not touch him," Sam growls, body tenses with anger. He chuckles evilly and wipes some of the red substance from his face, smearing more than he gets off, "Don't worry, we'll gladly hit you." One of his friends steps forward but is caught by Gabe and yanked to the floor by the back of his jacket.

With a shocked expression, Sam looks down at him on the ground. An 'umph' escapes him as Dick tackles him to the ground unexpectedly.

The crowd around them falls silent for a few second as they all avert their attention to the commotion.

Once Gabriel throws the same guy back down he grabs Dicks shoulder and pulls him in his direction before he can hit Sam for a second time. "Hey asshole." His neck snaps in the Novaks direction just as he throws a punch, hitting him square in the jaw. "Gab–" Sam try's to warn but is to late, he's knocked to the ground with the third guys fist.

There's a tugging on his jacket as he acts quickly to help Gabriel. "Get off me," he sneers, throwing Dick over his shoulder, surprising himself and others. "You son of a bitch," he says through gritted teeth, heading for the man on top of Gabe. Just as he reaches them, Gabriel uses his legs to kick him off, hitting the guy a couple of times. Sam catches the other guy sneaking up on Gabe. "Don't," he warns.

"You know, your name really fits you," Sam glares at Dick as he passes him.

They both look around at the mess they made and the men on the floor. "Let's go," Sam whispers, tipping his head toward the door. No one says anything as they make their way through the crowd, they only make a walk away, allowing them out.

Once outside, Gabe stops Sam, his facial expression now broken. "Are you okay? Did they hurt you?" Sam questions frantically, his hands cupping Gabriels cheek as he examines every feature over again, finding nothing other than a bruising cheek.

"Does this mean you believe me?"

Sam sighs in relief that he isn't severely injured and kind of nods. "You've never lied to me before..never given me a reason not to trust you. So let's go back to my place and talk, okay?"

Gabe agrees and wraps his arms around Sam securely, both of them smiling.

"I missed you."
