I walk to class and my mama's words ring inside of my head, "Miel, this relationship can be either hard or it can be easy." I shake my head; maybe she's just having a bad day, under a lot of pressure. The rest of the school day has been hard. Ebony and I sit at our own table, one minute we're laughing and the other minutes she's mad for no reason.
Then I had to drop her off she was still mad. I don't know, maybe she's still trying to heal from everything that has happened to her. I'll call her later, and I'll talk to her, maybe I'll take her to church this Sunday.
