Chapter 15-

Outting

"Sakura are you done yet?" The boy groaned from his place on her light green covered bed. He looked up to see the girl still seated in the chair in front of her vanity running a brush in her long hair.

"You'll have to wait Sasu-cake, I need to do my hair." The pinkette replied not stopping her task.

"But it's taking to long!"

"It's not my fault." Was her only replied as she continued to run her brush into her hair.

After a few minutes she felt the brush get snatched away. The pinkette turned around furiously to see her blushing friend holding the brush.

"Turn around so I can get this done faster." He mumbled.

Sakura obeyed him and turned back around while the boy began to gently brush all the knots out her hair until it was soft to the touch the way Sasuke liked her hair. The pinkette on the other hand blushed deeply looking through the mirror to the boy. Once he finished he snatched the ribbon from her vanity table and tied it nicely on her head.

"Done." The raven boy said stepping back and looking at the girl's final apperance. "Let's go or we'll be late."

The blushing pinkette smiled at the boy before nodding her head and grabbing his hand. "Alright, let's go then."

The pinkette and raven hair kids walked to the direction of the playground where they saw their small group of friends surrounding the swings waving as they approached them.

"Sasuke! Sakura! You're late!" Two boys hollered out with annoyed looks on their faces as they came into hearing distance.

"Be quiet, you guys are so obnoxious!" TenTen called out from her place on the swings.

"Hey!" Naruto and Kiba both shouted out before turning to each other and began to bicker.

"I thought we got here on time." Sakura voiced her thought out innocently.

"Those doofuses just got bored as usual." Ino commented reassuring her best friend. "Now that your here let's go have some fun."

"I say we go get ramen from the old man." Naruto shouted pausing from his argument with Kiba.

"That's stupid and plus is still too early for lunch!" Kiba retorted.

"Let's go cloud watching, it's less troublesome." Shikamaru commented leaning against the swings metal frame while yawning lazily with his best friend Choji at his side munching on something.

"That'll put us all to sleep." Neji said with crossed arms.

The remainder of the group stayed quiet not wanting to add anything upsetting.

"How about we go to that arcade place in town? After that we can get lunch and go cloud watching." Hinata asked looking timidly away when the others heard her voice. "I'm just saying."

"That's a good idea!" The boys shouted.

"I guess majority ruled." TenTen muttered staring at the boys. "You okay with that Sak?"

"Of course." Sakura replied with a smile.

Sasuke looked at the smile on Sakura's face and frowned a bit inside.
