Chapter 32-
Aggression
Sasuke laid on his bed with his arms under his head staring aimlessly at the ceiling. It was a Wednesday night, the Uchiha boy had just arrived home after a grueling intense soccer practice after school. His mind was racing. No, it has been racing. She was everything he thought of.
He'll admit that he acts the way he does out of habit and being in solitude. He couldn't approach her after what happened. She was always around. He couldn't escape her.
She has two classes with him plus homeroom. She hung around everyone. She was practically glued to Ino's and Naruto's side. He couldn't swing by the picnic table to ask Neji or Kiba about workouts or practice. Nor could he bother Hinata with questions on anything.
Sasuke could see her actions in such a short amount of time and truth be told she acted so mature. She giggled with her hand placed to her lips. She had this child like way of talking. When she's confused or being told something, she'll have a doe caught in head lights like expression. One action he witnessed many times was her smilie softening and her eyes looking dazed whenever someone brought up the past.
"Sa-ku-ra." He pronounced her name to himself like it was the first time. Sasuke could only wonder her expression when he left her standing there. It made him cringe.
A sound blared loudly through his silent room. Sasuke sighed at the annoyance but picked up his cell phone without reading the caller id.
"Yeah?"
"He's really mad." The quiet voice said softly.
"What else is new." He said rolling his eyes. He knew all too well who she was talking about. Naruto.
"It's something different." Hinata said embarrassed to rat out her boyfriend's behavior to her friend. "S-Sakura told him what happened."
Sasuke shot up in his bed. Not in fear of Naruto's wrath but of the pinkette. He must have screwed up royally with his jerk self.
"What did she tell him?"
"Sasuke, you and I both know what happened. Do you even have to ask?" She shifted a bit over the phone before continuing. "Her feelings are really hurt. She was only trying to reconnect with you like she had with everyone else."
"Hinata, I can't even talk with her right now. I can't bring myself to do it."
The line was quiet for a moment. Sasuke only heard her slow breathing. It made him wonder if Sakura would do the same as dumb as the thought may be.
"Well we're all planning to do something together this weekend. Sakura even invited us to a barbecue at her house. If you really want to make it up to her and lessen Naruto's anger, you should go."
"Alright." He said without missing a beat.
"I'll text you with details about whatever plans are made."
"Thank you very much Hinata." Sasuke sighed with a smile thankful to have one friend who has patients with him still.
"I have to go now. Remember what I said." Then she hung up without another word.
The teen groaned as he dropped himself back onto his mattress with his phone tumbling onto the floor by accident.
"I'm in for it with dope tomorrow." He muttered to himself already dreading tomorrow.

"Sasuke what's up with you? Your acting weird." Suigetsu squatted down to look up at his friend's face.
Sasuke sat himself at the small brick wall adorned with flowers of various types from the botany club by the school entrance. It was Thursday morning and only a handful of students were already roaming the school's campus.
"Don't start with me." The Uchiha breathed out. He had to get this out the way before anything. He didn't want anything to conflict with going to see Sakura with whatever plans they'll make.
Sasuke finally looked up after a while from the ground to see a small group coming up the stone path way. They were all laughing and chatting about something. He could hear the certain blonde without any trouble. The more they neared the entrance, the more Sasuke prepared himself. He watched until his eyes caught hold of ocean blue eyes that went dark in an instant. He noticed Naruto grit his teeth clenching the strap of his bag tightly and how his girlfriend was trying to calm him down some. But to no avail as he threw his bag down and charged toward him.
"You have a lot to explain for!" Was the first thing out his mouth. The blonde grabbed the Uchiha boy by the collar of his tshirt and brought his face forward then whispered, "She came crying to me. Crying."
'Why would she go to this dope.' Sasuke though fighting to keep his cool.
"I just wasn't ready to see her."
"You weren't ready? That's a ridiculous answer." Naruto hissed throwing the boy to the ground with ease.
Sasuke huffed in pain but didn't show any emotion on his emotionless face except the bored look he always wore. He saw Suigetsu looking on but rush toward him to give him a hand to lift him to his feet. Hinata, Neji, and TenTen were behind Naruto to stop him if he went too far. Hinata and Neji, who are very close, stayed silent and still. TenTen on the other hand had her arms crossed waiting to see what else would happen. After Suigetsu helped the Uchiha up, Sasuke glared heavily toward his estranged best friend.
"You two might have been close. But she was closer to me. As ridiculous as it sounds, I'm not ready to face her yet." The raven boy said dusting himself off and picking his bag up. He grunted to Suigetsu to follow as he walked off to another place in the courtyard.
"Closer to you huh? If she was that much closer with you then she would have told you she was coming back. She would have said something to you. She would have tried to reach out to you." The blonde sneered.
"Naruto!" Hinata shrieked rushing with his bag in tow to smack him on the arm and lecture him about being insensitive when he's mad.
Sasuke had stopped in his tracks at this point but didn't dare turn around to face the boy. 'Tried to reach me? So she got in contact with that idiot before me?'
The Uchiha said nothing more to him, he just kept walking.
"Hey Sasuke what was that all about man?" Suigetsu asked more worried. He normally saw his stoic expressionless and friendly side. What he saw now was practically a numb guy.
"I'll tell you later." Sasuke said rounding the corner thinking about the weekend.
