Chapter 57 -

A Night to Remember

Sasuke and Sakura left the Haruno resident with the Haruno patriarch being restrained still spewing threats and warnings. Sakera marveled at the older Uchiha's car while talking excitedly about their night. She then went on to say how their friends were waiting in the parking lot to take pictures together.

"It was Naruto's idea and I like it. I wish I remembered where I kept all our pictures from when we were kids to do a then and now collage." When she noticed that Sasuke was driving into the parking she began to slowly lose focus.

The younger Uchiha looked over at her and saw her rubbing her face.

"Hn whats wrong?"

"I'm just really glad I get to live out my childish dress. Dress like a princess going to prom w-with the guy of my dreams." She blushed heavily trying to cover her face with her hand.

Sasuke smirked taking her hand from her face giving it a tender kiss watching her face grow even pinker.

"Come on. I bet they're waiting for us." The Uchiha breathed kissing the pinkette on her cheek.

Sasuke stepped out first and walked around to open the door for Sakura. She hugged the fabric and slowly walked to avoid stepping on her dress. Once she got to the pavement and almost tripped on her dress. The Uchiha rushed over before anything could happen.

"Thank you." She hummed watching as Sasuke helped to ensure she won't step on the fabric.

"Sakuraa!" They screeches from a far.

The pair watched as Ino followed by Hinata and TenTen chasing after her, all were dressed up. The guys of the group were behind them not rushing one bit but appeared uncomfortable tugging at their collars and ties. Naruto out of everyone was smiling happily not caring for the monkey suit he wore.

"Hey you guys looking good." Naruto commented when they got into speaking range.

The girls had dragged Sakura to where they were taking pictures. Sasuke couldn't help but stare smiling inwardly about how his date looked so beautiful so happy at that moment.

"Hn, so do you." He returned the compliment to his friend.

"You look so pretty, I love your dress." TenTen exclaimed.

"Let's take some pictures already so we can go inside." Ino went to reapply her lipstick and called out to Sai who smiled and obeyed her command.

Sakura, Hinata, Ino and TenTen posed in front of Sai while the other guys started to crowd behind him.

"Sasuke, do you want to get in with Sakura for a picture?" Sai asked his cousin with his usual smile while the girls circled his phone.

"I know we took a bunch at home but this ones for us." Sakura blushed at her own request.

He grunted a response grabbing her hand making their way infront of the camera. He stood behind her with his hands resting on her waist.

"Why this way?" She asked as Sai snapped the photos.

He leaned down to her ear in an attempt to pose for the camera, an mumbled to her, "So everyone can see how beautiful you are."

Her blushed turned darker as Sai waved her over to examine the photos.

The group made their way over to the school's gym entrance. The spacious area was converted into an elegant area hiding any traces of it being a gym. The lights were dimmed with soft colorful lights flashing showing off the carpeted floors. Tables were set out sparsely with a large table holding food and drinks crowded at the moment by other teens. Everyone was seated around talking or up and dancing near the speakers that played music or near the photoshoot set up area taking pictures.
