Jamie's POV
Saul came out of his court hearing kind of late and so I thought he was going to go back to his hotel to rest but instead he texted me, inviting me to dinner and I wasn't about to turn him down.

"So how was court? Did everything go okay?" "yeah we settled on an amount and I hope that's the end of that. I learned my lesson, to fully read and understand any document that's put in front of me so I don't get myself into this type of situation again"
"well i'm glad you guys settled that and i'm also glad you learned your lesson" we both smiled. "Anyways what about you? What did you do today?" "well me and Nicole just hung out and did the usual like workout, shop and eat, typical Jai and Nic activities"
"Sounds like you guys had a fun day" "yeah we did, we hadn't really had a day like that in such a long time" "I'm glad you had fun, so I hope you dont think I'm rude for changing the subject but what happened to your job?" "Im still with the company. I've made sure to stay in contact with Michael. I officially start again next week." "oh that's great i'm happy for you did I ever mention how beautiful you looked on stage in Brazil?"
I smiled. "Thank you but besides that can I be honest with you...?" "of course what is it?" "I'm just not feeling the brand i'm working at anymore. You know I have high dreams of making it big but don't get me wrong Michael has been nothing but nice and supportive and I'm grateful for what he's done for me but I'm just ready to move up you know? Right now I feel stuck and I'm ready for my next move"
"I can tell by that smile of yours that you have passion and drive. You got million dollar goals and with the worth ethic you have, you will get to them. You know what you want and where you're headed and that's amazing. So I'm all for it, I support you one hundred percent"
"Thank you again. This job that I have right now is just the beginning, I have a long journey ahead of me and I plan to get far in the industry" we both smiled.
"I'm proud of you Jamie I really am" he paused. "do you see me and you being back together in your dreams?"
I didn't know how to answer because I wasn't sure what to say so I just smiled at him and he took the hint. We ate the rest of our dinner in good spirits and talked about current events.

"what do you want to do now?" "Uh I don't know? Do you have something in mind?" "we could go back to my hotel and drink some wine and keep talking about life but only if you want to of course" "okay yeah that's fine"

Back at his hotel he served us some wine and then we sat down on his couch. He put a movie for us to watch and I was actually really into it. "Do you mind if I get comfortable?" "Jamie of course not, go ahead" "thank you" I removed my heels and layed down. I guess I ended up getting really comfortable that I fell asleep.
Saul's POV
Jamie fell asleep on the couch. I picked her up and carefully laid her on my bed. I texted Nicole letting her know that Jamie had fallen asleep and was spending the night over. I was just about to leave the room when Jamie stopped me "stay with me Saul, please don't leave me alone"
I laid down next to her and covered her up with the covers. She automatically nuzzled up against me and I wrapped my arms around her. It was silent for a while until she spoke.
"Saul I want you to know that I do see us together in the future, as a matter of fact I miss doing this all the time and I want things to go back to the way they were so I want us to be together. I just miss everything the baby girl and babe name calling and the cuddling, the texting and calling, I want it all back, I don't want to keep seeming like I don't want you anymore because the truth is I want you back now. I just hope I'm making the right decision letting you back in"
