As soon as Nicole left I needed to get ready for my date with Saul. Yes you heard that right. A date. He asked me out while in Jalisco and I of course said yes.
When he popped the question about taking me on a date I couldn't believe it. I was shocked but excited at the same time. Ever since I met him for the first time, I started having a major crush on him and frankly he's all that's been on my mind.
The red hair, his freckles and beautiful dark brown eyes. I couldn't get enough of him every time he called or texted me I would get butterfly's. He simply just made me feel happy.
I shook my head and got in the shower. I wrapped a towel around my body and started putting on my favorite lotion, Moonlight Bliss from bath and body works.
I was so giddy and excited that I couldn't keep all that excitement to myself so I decided to text Nicole and let her know about my date and she freaked.
Jamie: so I have a confession to make.... Nicole: spill Jamie: I'm actually going on a date with Saul like right now and I'm super excited. Nicole: OH MY GOSH ARE YOU SERIOUS IM SOOO HAPPY FOR YOU HOW DID THIS HAPPEN OMG Jamie: He asked me in Mexico when we were at his parents house Nicole: omg I think I'm going to cry tears of joy keep me updated please Jamie: I will 🥰
As I was standing there looking at myself in the mirror all questions started to hit me. Like how would the date go? Would it be awkward? No I doubt it I'm super comfortable around him. I smiled at myself and shook my head. I really was falling for Saul Alvarez. My phone buzzed and I thought it was Nicole being her usual self but it was the loml.
Saul: can't wait for tonight ❤️ Jamie: me either 🥰 Saul: 😘😘😘
I noticed I hadn't even chosen my outfit and it was getting late so I sprinted to my closet and started paring clothes and checking them out in front of my long mirror. Many outfit changes later, I decided on a little black dress, black heels and a gold necklace.
Once I was done with my outfit I headed to the bathroom to work on my hair, I plugged in my straightener and got to work. Once I was content with my hair I started working on my make up.
I wasn't one to wear a lot of makeup nor did I know how to do it that well. I put on a bit of eye shadow, blush and highlight, keeping it very minimal and natural as possible. I grabbed my favorite bottle of perfume, Chance by Chanel and spritzed it all over my self. I gave myself one last look in the mirror before heading down stairs.
I was looking in my clutch to see if I had everything when my phone buzzed.
Saul: I'm so excited for tonight. I cant wait to see you 😊 Jamie: me too 🙊🙈 Saul: Are you ready? I can give you more time if you need? Jamie: nope not necessary im ready Saul: great I'll see you in like 10 minutes
As I was waiting I decided to text Nicole since I was a bit nervous.
Jamie: Nics I'm so nervous HELP! Nicole: relax love. take a deep breath and count to ten everything will be alright hopefully more than alright 😏 Me: omg stop it Nicole! Nicole: you know you love me 😘 send me a pic of your outfit please Me: you know I do, to infinity and beyond ❤️ and here ya go

I laughed and heard a knock at the door. "ready to g- ....." he went silent as he looked me up and down. " you look......you look absolutely stunning" he cleared his throat and composed himself. "thank you, you dont look so bad yourself" I smirked.
He opened the car door for me. "so where are we going?" "its a surprise so I'm going to need you to put this blindfold on" "are you serious?" "yes im serious" "okay fine, I trust you" I smiled.

After a short car ride he parked and opened the passenger's side door and guided me out. "are you ready?" "I was born ready" I smiled and I could totally feel him smiling at what I had just said.
