Dear well, me,
So... There's this new kid in our class. Although he's not actually new, he just never showed up before, or as often. He's been here for two weeks already, but the only people he actually ever talks to are Marceline and the school nurse. What's her name? Geez I forgot. She's crazy pretty though.
I'm so jealous of them.
The whole entire class, he just sits and looks out the window. Fourty five minutes of, just staring.
Nothing there, but he still looks. I like it when he does that. I get to watch him. I get to get a really good look at him, and see how he really looks like... you know, since he's super hot and all.
I hope I don't sound too much like a stalker.
But Mr. hottie pants never pays attention to any girls in our class. Or me. If he did, he would've noticed we also have English together.
And math.
And science.
And lunch.
Weird right? So many girls have made passes at him. Boob flashes. Lap rubbing. Desperate peices of disoriented conversations. Can you blame them? He is after all, so called hero of the human world and rumored gold eye. It's the sole reason that girls like him. Because he's a hero.
' Vanquisher of darkness ' nerds call him. But I'll stick with Mr. hottie pants for now. He can be my crush first, a knight next.
And I'll admit that the rumors are the reason why I even became interested in him. I mean, wouldn't anyone be interested to find out there's a incredibly hot superhero in class? It sounds like something pulled straight out of an anime.
But... It's more than that.
I like his quietness. His looks. I don't know too much about his personality since he barely speaks in class, but when he does speak... Watching his lips move and hearing him laugh, watching his facial expressions go from serious to smiling... it makes my heart want to jump out of my chest.
I'm sorry. Now I'm going on about my stupid highschool crush.
But I can't help it. I think I'm seriously falling for him. For Michael.
"Hey, Hailey. Come on book worm! Club activity's period is o-ver!" I looked up at my best friend Kiara and began to pack up my things.
"Yeah, sorry."
"Don't sweat it. Thanks again for waiting for me." She looked over my shoulder at my diary as I stuffed into my bag. "Writing again?" I nodded.
"Yup." She laughed as we walked together out of the classroom.
"You know, if you kept your head up long enough, you would've seen Michael. He passed by the volleyball court earlier to play some basketball, but he wasn't very good, didn't make one shot..."
I began to tune out everything she said after she said 'Michael'. I imagined his sweat as he tried his hardest to make a single shot, and his small smile when it didn't make it in. His jokes when he tried to laugh his failure off... It was all too sexy.
"Hey, are you listening?" I looked at Kiara red faced and nodded.
"Y-yes!."
As she began to blabber away, I looked into the classroom where he always sat, always looking out of the window.
I'm sorry Michael. I thought as we passed by the room.
I think I'm in love with you.
