Michael- present time

I groaned as I felt my eyes try to open themselves.

"What the hell..."

The back of my head felt wide open, and was throbbing. It was raining, but I touched the back of my neck feeling something strange besides the water soak my shirt, and looked down at my fingers. My eyes went wide as I took note of the blood, andba wave of something hit me like a headache. I buckled onto the wet mud losing what strength I had already gathered and felt my brain seize.

What's... what's going on?!

I crouched down and frantically ran my fingers through my hair, trying to grasp at what was going on in my mind as the rain continued to pound at my back. I remained shaken and shivering nervously, trying to grasp at fleet memories as they casually passed me by.

It was like a huge block was lifted, but all these thoughts... all these memories rushing back into my currently fragile mind hurt. A lot.

"Ana... Lucky... Shay..."

I felt a lump of tears settle itself at my throat, along with the urge to cry. I looked back down at earth, then looked around my surroundings.

The earth beneath me was muddy as it rained. Beyond was the mansion we had broken to find Marceline, and near the front porch stood Hailey in some guy's arms.

Werewolf. Whispered a voice in the back of my head. I would have looked around suprised, but I felt my neck lock my head in one direction- foward.

Grumbling, I decided to roll with whatever was going on with my neck until it felt like it was back to normal.

The guy holding Hailey was huge. Not quite as tall as the headmaster back from the academy, but close. And to a guy who was seven feet tall that was saying something.

I looked him over again. He seemed strong and lean, probably due to years of fighting. I squinted my eyes shut.

If he's here... aren't there two more?

I opened my eyes and felt a breeze hit me. I looked around, slowly crouching and rotating behind me and saw an interesting image.

A person dressed in the same assassin getup as the other werewolf stood glaring at me while it stood over an angry crippled light brown wolf. The wolf was fairly large, but the brown wolf had somehow managed to hurt itself. It laid with one of its paws crippled in blood and looked at me with the most curious expression.

I felt a rumble begin in my chest, and it found its way past my lips. I winced, suprised by the roughness of my own throat, and looked up again to see what became of the wolves.

The wolf faced me with his tail and ears down, whimpering at me as if he expected some for of forgiveness. The figure simply took a step back, and no more.

What the... I thought confused before a voice spoke to me again.

The girls... look at the girls...

I swallowed saliva and tried to move around to look at where sounds of fighting had intensified.

Blood. I realized horrified. I thought it was raining, but it wasn't just water coming from the sky. It was blood. But who's?

I looked over and couldn't tell the difference between tye creatures I saw before me and beast. One had blue scales and strange alluring eyes. The torso was covered in bruises, and large sits underneath the ribs were clearly visible.
