"Promise you'll take me out on the boat?"
"She's a ship not a boat. And haven't I already done that love?"
"But you don't remember that, you blamed the rum didn't you?" His arms went around my body and pulled me closer to him, his hand and hook resting closer to my ass then I wanted, with my parents around that is.
"For now, you stay with your parents and make sure everyone gets through safe and I'll lead at the front." I leaned in and kissed him, savouring the moment even though I know I'll see him again in a few minutes. Neither of us pulled away and we continued in bliss, that was until we were interrupted.
"Hook, that's enough" my dad called, the protective side showing once again.
"Dad, we've been dating for three years now, just call him Killian" I sighed.
"It's fine love, I'll see you soon" he kissed me one last time before walking to the front of the crowd, walking with the dwarfs, Robin and granny.
After I couldn't see him any longer, I turned my attention to the sisters that held the wand.
"Okay, it's on you guys now. Get us home" My mom said, with Neal sitting on her left hip and her right arm around my dad.
Regina smiled at her sister, they joined hands and prepared for the portal to appear. Zelena waved the wand and a strong gust of wind flowed through the air.
Before I could blink, a door appeared at the front of the crowd and as I looked up to watch it open, I saw Killian with his eyes fixed on me as if I was the last thing he'll ever see. I could see his smile from this distance and it made me smile back.
Whilst I kept staring at him I didn't notice everyone preparing to walk through the portal. It wasn't until my mom reached for my hand and grabbed my attention. I looked away from Killian and turned to my mom.
"I know you're nervous, we all are a bit anxious to go home. But Emma, sweetie, you'll be fine."
"But what if I don't fit in?"
"You're a princess, of course you'll fit in. And besides, if castle life becomes too overwhelming I'm sure Killian will be more than happy to take you out on the Jolly Rodger." At the mention of him, a blush came to my cheeks and a smile to my lips as I thought about the adventures we could have together. I looked up and saw the townspeople stepping through the portal door to the Enchanted Forest.
"You know, I'm kind of excited. To see where I was supposed to live and-"
"Oh crap!" My mom interrupted me
"What's wrong? Are you okay?" I rushed to ask her.
"Oh no, I'm fine. It's just, where you were supposed to live is still a nursery. You don't have a bed or-or-or even a proper vanity. Oh! You don't have any clothes, and we have got to get you a tiara."
"Mom, stop" I laughed. "You're overthinking, maybe we should get there before do this. And besides, I have magic. One wave of my hand and it's done" I reassured her.
"You girls ready?" My dad asked as he walked back to us from where he was standing with Robin and Roland. His arms went around my moms waist and he kissed her cheek.
"As I'll ever be" I said with a sigh. He held out his other arms, waiting for me to loop mine through.
"It's going to be so weird not being here" I heard Henry say from his spot under Reginas's arm.
"You'll love it back at the castle, I promise" Regina said, smiling at our son.
"Who's going to teach me how to sword fight?" He pipped up, a smile on his face.
