~Emily's POV
After Scotty succeeded we drove all around town and we were both just soooo happy. We both called our parents, but I put the phone on speaker for him, because he was driving. I dialed my parents.
"Hey Em how are things going?" My Dad asked.
"Hey Daddy is Mom right there with you?"
"Yeah lemme put it on speaker."
"Well guess what second Mom and Dad?" Scotty said.
We both chimed in, "Scotty made it through!!!!" They both screamed and congratulated him.
"That's amazing Scotty!! We'll spread the word around here for you."
"That'd be awesome, just please don't tell my parents yet I want to call them next." Scotty asked.
"Yeah no problem, go celebrate, be safe." My Dad warned.
***End phone call
I dialed Scotty's Mom's number and left it on speaker. It rung about 4 times and she picked up.
"Hi Emily sweetheart, is everything okay.?" Mrs. McCreery asked.
"Everything is amazing Mom, guess what?"
"Hun I don't know I have a meeting really soon." She said.
"OK I Made It Through Auditions!" He said excitedly.
"Oh hun that's awesome I'll tell your father after our meeting. Go have some fun, good luck guys."
*** End phone call.
~Scotty's POV
"See that's why I wanted to tell your parents first." I said to Emily.
"Why's that?"
"Cause they reacted more positively, my parents are always away for business and are always busy."
"Hey don't worry about it, she sounded really happy for you."She said trying to lift my spirits. I could tell she didn't want that one phone call to dampen my mood. "I bet shes just tired, it'll sink in tomorrow."
"You're right, What do you wanna do to celebrate?"
"Why are you asking me? You're the one that made it, you choose."
"You sure you want me to do that," I jokingly said.
She laughed and said; "No really what's there to do around here.?"
"I have no idea, we should go out in public before the episode airs, and I start getting swarmed."
"Good point,"
I looked around and found a country square dance club. "I have an idea." I said. I could tell that when she saw the sign she got a little nervous. That's okay this'll be fun.

A.N. I feel so bad for another short chapter, but this was a lot of dialog. What will happen when Emily tells Scotty that she can't dance? Find out tomorrow night when I update.
Oh and what will happen when Scotty finds out that the pretty girl that wished him good luck at auditions, made it through too. Will it tear him and Emily apart....
