~Scotty’s POV
Everything was set up perfectly, Em and I agreed on using the back pasture as our wedding site, in order to save a bunch of money. It took about a week to get it all cleaned up and leveled out for the huge tent and walkway, oh and to move the cattle and horses to the lower pasture. I was standing at the altar by myself because I didn’t really have a best man, when the organ started playing.
Julie came down the aisle second after the flower girl, the young ring bearer boy, who is their neighbor’s son and then a long pause. Next came Bruce with my beautiful Emily right by his side. She absolutely took my breath away; I glanced over at the priest, who’s the one to marry us, who just smiled at my reaction. They got to the altar and I had to try so hard to not kiss her right then and there.
We said our vows and before we knew it we were to be spending the rest of our lives together. The crowd of family members, neighbors, and friends, all broke into a cheer and we were running off under a cloud of silly string, which both Em and I didn’t know about and we both laughed. We jumped into the white carriage that Mick and April were hitched to, to bring us up to the house where we were going to change and head to the airport for our honeymoon. Em and I have always wanted to go to Texas.
We got to the house and changed into jeans, flannels and boots, grabbed our luggage and jumped back in our “Just Married” carriage. Being from Garner the airport isn’t that far away so Mick and April are bringing us there. A whole train of cars followed us there from the pasture and we were off to a luxury suite in Austin, Texas.
Happily ever after the end!

Final A.N.
Thank you guys so much for making this as much of a success as it is! I was so surprised by the likes on this story. If you still want to keep reading something by me I'm working on a story about Sara Drew and Hunter Hayes, go check it out, it would mean the world to me. And now the story is complete! It actually lasted a lot longer than I thought due to all of the reads I had gotten, you guys are awesome and this story now sits at 6th when you search Scotty McCreery, the highest it got was 4th which is still pretty awesome even though it never got to third like I would've loved but that doesn't matter as much. It was fun writing this and thanks again for reading xoxoEmily.
