A/N: YAY an update! <3

---

A beep sounds meaning there's going to be an announcement.

"Excuse the interruption, but for those who would like to join this year's lacrosse team please head to the gym during lunch, thank you."

The bell rings and everyone stands up into a crowd and walk out before the teacher can yell 'the bell doesn't dismiss you, I do'. I hate when teachers do that.

I put my books in my locker and head to the gym quickly.

Opening the doors I find Mr. Jones, another gym teacher at my school holding a clipboard. At least it isn't Mrs. Peckin, she honestly the most annoying they can get.

I survey the room to see only guys. They turn to look at me and some of them scoff at me.

Do you have a problem?

Mr. Jones looks up from his clipboard and looks at me confusedly.

"Ms. Callop? What are you doing here?" he asks me.

"I'm here to sign up for the lacrosse team," I state.

"Oh we don't have a girls team," he laughs.

"Why are you laughing?" I ask crossing my arm and furrowing my eyebrows.

"It's just that girls don't play this kind of sport, it's too difficult for you," he says as it's it's obvious.

"You're fucking kidding me," I say with no emotion as I raise an eyebrow.

"Hey, there is no need to use profanities at me," He raises his voice.

"Well, I was just wondering since you clearly can't be serious," I say waiting for him to tell me he was kidding.

"I'm one hundred percent serious, girls can't play such a difficult sport, so you can run along now because you're not joining the team," Mr. Jones says thinking he's all superior and shit.

The fuck?

"That's so fucking sexist!" I say completely shocked that he could actually think this. Do that many people think so lowly of girls?

"Ms. Callop you will not yell profanities at me!" he yells getting angry.

"And you can't be so fucking sexist to a student, yet here you are," I counter simmering with anger.

"That's it! Detention for mistreating a teacher and using school illegal language!" he yells writing down on his clipboard and handing me a detention slip.

Feeling like I'm going to explode I do something that I probably should never do, but he was making me mad.

I punched his square in the nose hearing a loud crack as he holds his nose in pain.

Everyone gasps and even I'm shocked that I did that.

It was just on impulse.

"Alexandra Callop! Principals office now!" He yells grabbing a tissue and wiping some blood off his nose and holding it there.

Well, I should've expected this to happen.

Might as well own it.

I smirk and turn on my heel, making my way to my principal's office. Opening the door to the reception area I see the reception lady on the phone, she notices me enter and gestures to the small plastic grey chair in wait for the principal.

"Miss Callop, Mr. Jones has called the office about your arrival, you can go in now," she says after a few minutes.

I nod standing up and going into my principal, Mr. Rankin's office. I walk in and he gestures to the chair in front of his desk and I sit down silently.
