I wake up feeling refreshed and energetic, completely ready to start the day.
So it's been two weeks since Chad swore to get revenge on me and Brent, and nothing's happened yet.
I'm calling a bluff.
I get out of the bed with a smile on my face, which never happens.
I go to my closet picking out my already prepared outfit.
I chose a nice black quarter sleeve crop top, some light blue jeans. I have some black and white ankle converse, with some band bracelets and a cute patterned phone case.
For my head I put on some beige eye shadow, winged eyeliner and mascara, I also put some loose curls in my hair and I was set in a matter of thirty minutes.

Today I wanted to look good because It's November 28, and that means that it's my birthday.
I'm finally eighteen!
I bounce down the stairs with nine guys shoveling pancakes into their mouths.
Nobody noticed me come down since their all too focused on the food.
"What a nice sight" I say sarcastically. Everyone's heads turn to me and in unison muffle "Happy birthday Lexi" causing me to chuckle.
I sit down in between Brent and Brian and grab some pancakes for myself.
I eat my food fast, but not like a pig finishing my food before the guys, yet I still managed to eat twice as much as all of them.
"Have you ever been in an eating contest?" Chad asks me amazed by my eating skills.
"Hot dog eating contestant, four year champion" I state confidently.
"Well isn't that great news Brent" Chad smirks to Brent. I pull a disappointed face at Chad even though I feel my face heat up like fire.
"Really man!" Brent says punching his arm.
Brian and Thomas also decide to punch Chad, but a little harder.
"Don't say things like that about our sister" Thomas says sounding slightly angry.
"Dad, won't you say anything about that?" Brian asks Dad.
Dad looks up from his clipboard with a confused look.
"Huh?" he says.
Brian sighs and mutters "never mind."
"We have two main things planned for your birthday, so let's go" Brian says grabbing my elbow and pulling me out the front door with everyone else in tow.
