"No you need to rest."
"You can't do that you're still recovering"
"You're ill"
"You'll hurt yourself"
"Just sit down and relax"

Sitting down on his bed and folding his legs together staring blankly at a book with strange runic scribbles the servant tried to preoccupy himself but to no avail. Nobody would let him help around the house because the doctor said he needed to rest for a week. It had only been four days and he was bored. Very bored. He couldn't remember ever having to do nothing except at 7 o'clock every day where he would sit and watch the fire crack and spit reminiscing about times past. The demons were never around at that time. Even when Sebastian's family were over. Everyone even Mary would go into some sort of strange hiding. That left Ciel, Alois and Daniel to talk. He asked Daniel one time about it but he wouldn't tell him. "You'll find out. It's not for me to tell". That was all that Daniel would answer. Ciel passed it off. He didn't dare ask anymore. He wanted to be friends with him.

Anyway he was sat trying to decipher these scribbles. He could read and write slightly in English because he learnt from such a young age but he's never needed to since he became a servant. He moved his finger along the patterns and leant on his fist. He had no idea still. He dramatically closed the book and lay back on the bed. He needed something to do. This didn't feel natural at all. Maybe he could go and help in the kitchen. That wasn't much work right? Carefully opening the door he went and followed the long hallway to the kitchen. He passed the main room and heard speaking. Stern and warningly. He bit his lip as he heard Sebastian say "if he knows what's good for him he wouldn't dare disobey me". Ciel bit his lip and ran down the corridor afraid. Sebastian sighed. "For goodness sake" as he heard footsteps that signifies him running away. "I wish he hadn't heard that".
"Who was that?" The other voice asked.
"A servant" Sebastian's eyes were on the door.
"Why shouldn't he have heard it then?" The master shook his head.
"He just shouldn't have".

Ciel ducked into the kitchen and softly knocked on the door. He gently pushed it open and looked inside. He smiled slightly. No one was there! Therefore he could do work without someone telling him to rest. He pulled up his sleeves, they were a little tight. Weird. They're not usually like that. He shook his head and started to wash up the dishes.

A little while later and the kitchen was next to spotless. He smiled to himself and pulled his sleeves down. He washed his hands and poured himself a cup of water, sat down and rubbed his eyes.
"We'll be here alone soon enough Finnian" Ciel heard older man say. His ears pricked up.
"Whys that?" The blonde boy asked. Ciel wondered that too.
"The masters taking the lad and going to his fathers house I think." Bard shrugged. Ciel bit his lip. Sebastian's fathers house? Oh no! He hoped he wasn't in trouble. He was very very scared of Sebastian's father.
"When?" Finnian asked.
"Soon" Sebastian's voice rang clear. Ciel's eyes widened and he ran off upstairs. Finnian gasped and turned to his master. "I'm so sorry. I didn't mean..." Sebastian stopped him.
"Nothing to worry about Finnian I heard your question and answered it. I will be taking Ciel to my fathers in a couple of days. We will be staying away for around four days."
"Does 'e know 'bout this sir?" The taller blond asked. Sebastian shook his head.
"No he doesn't. At least not the reason. He overheard you just minutes ago talking about it. He was sat in the kitchen" Sebastian stood at the door of the kitchen as Finnian opened it. He went in and looked around. "He disobeyed orders".
"Wow it's so shiny! It's so clean!" Finnians eyes widened excitedly.
"'Ow did 'e clean it so quick? Bard scratched his head.
"He didn't want to be caught so he worked quickly simple enough" Sebastian's eyebrow raised. "Honestly he doesn't know how to relax." He turned to go upstairs.
"Please sir don't punish him. He's still ill" Finnian whispered afraid of punishment. A genuine smile played at Sebastian's lips.
"If he must disobey orders I'd much rather it be by cleaning the entire kitchen" he went to Ciel's room.

The little boy was curled up in the corner of the room afraid he was going to be punished. There was a small soft knock on the door and he straightened himself up rubbing at his eyes. He opened the door. "H.. Hello?" He asked. Sebastian was stood there and his knees weakened and he collapsed. Sebastian caught him and took him to his bed. "Ciel? Ciel?" The little boy had gotten himself all worked up and panicked he had fainted.

A little while later and the servant boy woke up, sat next to his bed was Finnian. "Oh thank goodness Ciel you're okay!" He smiled handing him a cup of water.
"What happened?" Ciel took the cup sipping it slowly.
"You fainted"
"Not again" he put his head in his hands. "I wasn't any trouble was I?"
"Of course not" Finnian looked at him softly "the master will be glad you're okay". Ciel blinked.
"He will?"
"Of course he will. He cares about you"
"He doesn't... He's angry at me... I must've said something to anger him... He's taking me away soon... Giving me to his father... I was bad and now he hates me" Ciel brought his knees to his chest.
"That's ridiculous. He's not angry at you. You didn't say anything and you're just visiting his father" Finny told him.
"Finnian's right Ciel. I could never be angry at you" Sebastian came into the room and sat by his bed.
"I'm visiting my father because we are going to meet the King and I am not leaving you here. Besides I think it will be good for you. To see my youngest siblings, my sister and brothers servants and that poor little blonde boy." He told him.
"You mean you're not going to give me away?" The boys blue eyes sparkled.
"Never. I would never do that Ciel. Now rest. You're still very ill".
