The two children stayed back in the room as the butler excused himself. "That was the Asquith family was it not?" The boy looked down at his little sister.
"Yes I think it was for father said that the Asquith family had two young children." She replied bringing her hair to the side.
"Strange... I saw five children but three of them were obviously servants. You could tell because of their clothes" he stepped down off of the podium where he originally stood.
"They looked so friendly and did you see the boy? He spoke so kindly to the servant with blue hair" the little girl played with her hair.
"It is not normal that is for sure... he definitely was not a demon could you not see? His hair was blue and his eyes I swear I saw them blue... how peculiar. I wonder what he is".

"Ciel stay by my side or where I can see you. Do not go anywhere without telling me" Sebastian told his little servant on entering the room.
"Yes master" he nodded.

Following the man around like a lost puppy, the boy stayed by his Masters side at close range. Sebastian took this time to greet some of the other members of nobility. It interested Ciel greatly hearing the way that the others spoke. They were rather posh and spoke with an air of grace. The main language spoken, as with most of the demons, was Latin. He couldn't exactly understand much for you see Latin was always his worst language. Ciel, as a boy in his old home, grew up learning English, Latin and French. He mainly spoke English at home with his mother and father but he was also fluent in French as he learnt it from such a young age. It was always such a beautiful language to him. Back when he was very ill, he was able to choose one of the books he was given during his recovery time and he chose a book written in French. Interesting enough Sebastian did not actually know the little boy could speak French for it had never come up before.

Sebastian turned to a new lady whom he shook hands with as he bowed. Ciel bowed too keeping silent. The master looked down at his servant. He looked around and saw Lilitu trying to reach something. "Go and help my sister please" he looked at him. The boy bowed and went over to Lilitu.
"Are you alright miss?" He asked.
"Ciel wonderful. I am glad you are here... could you pass me that glass pretty please. I can not reach it". The young servant smiled at her and passed her the glass. "Thank you Ciel you are so very helpful!" She smiled happily.
"It's my job" he smiled. She moved closer next to him and whispered.
"This is so boring..." he smiled sympathetically to her. They spoke quietly looking over at her brother. "He's so good with new people. They'll be talking about music no doubt. I say you've never heard Murmur play properly have you?" She asked. He shook his head.
"No I walked past his room while he was playing but I didn't hear him properly."
"I must get him to play for you he is incredible. I wish I was as talented at music. I play the violin like my dear older brother."
"My master?" He asked.
"Yes haven't you heard him play?"
"I don't think so no."

The doors suddenly opened in perfect unison as the two royal children entered. "Mother and father will be down soon" the boy said loudly. The whole room bowed to them. "Please continue talking and interacting this is what the party was for after all". The boy them scoured the area for the two children. One, the boy, was speaking with an older man, a famous musician if he was not mistaken. The girl was stood alone with the boy servant. His eyes glinted like a mischievous little imp. "Come sister follow me." He turned to his sister who was already talking another lady about how pretty her dress was. He sighed and pouted. "Must I do everything around here" he muttered making his way over to the girl. Lilitu had not noticed the boy coming towards her and was telling Ciel a story about all of her family playing music together. "Father doesn't like to admit it but he loves music. Why he is where Murmur got his musical talent from." The boy stepped between Ciel and Lili without giving him a moment to reply. "Good day my lady" he held his hand out to her.
"Oh hello" she held her hand out trying to inconspicuously look around him to make sure Ciel was okay. He didn't notice and kissed her pale hand gently.
"I do not think we have met before" before she could reply reply properly he turned to Ciel.
"Why no we..."
"You go and get me and the lady a drink. Be quick". Ciel bowed and quickly glanced at Lilitu who nodded awkwardly. He left the two alone to talk. He thought it was very rude for him to cut over her like that. Even as a servant he knew basic manners to let someone finish speaking before you start. He looked around until he came upon a drink he knew Lili liked. It was a fruit drink. He took two glasses carefully in his hand and ducked between the people arriving back to Lilitu and the boy. Lili looked rather awkward as the boy spoke mostly of himself. She noticed right away that Ciel was walking back towards them. She took the glass from him. "Thank you so much Ciel. Oh it's my favourite". The boy didn't look very happy at Lilitu ignoring him and going to the boy. He looked at the glass and pushed it back into the servants hands. "I don't like it. Get me something else".
"If you would be so kind to Ciel. Please" she looked at him sorrow pleading in her eyes.
"Yes miss" he went and got him another drink. Once the rich child was satisfied he sent the servant to stand with the others so he could have Lilitu alone. He felt annoyed that Lilitu was being treated in that way.
