Ciel froze. "Dead? Why did you think I was dead?" Amy bit her lip and looked at Daniel.
"Erm I overheard my Master talking to your Master... he said that you had been fed deadly dragons snare and he wasn't sure if you were going to survive the next week..." Daniel said quietly.
"I heard you were pushed and you hit your head against a door knocking you unconscious" Amy told him.
"My master mentioned something too..." Alois whispered "it was about your soul". He looked around. "Follow me to the room". He led the three other servants downstairs to the cellar where they would be staying. It was cold and damn which is odd as the climate down there was automatically hotter. It was cold in comparison. There wasn't a bed just a couple of old, thin, warn out blankets. Two of the servants exchanged looks while Ciel spoke up. "You sleep in here? Without a bed?" Alois nodded.
"Beds are for the rich. I am but a servant I do not deserve a bed". The three others were utterly shocked.
"Alois... everyone deserves a bed... I have one" Ciel told him.
"As do I" Amy piped up
"Me too" Daniel leant against the wall.
"Really? I didn't know..."

"My dearest children I welcome you home. It has been so long since you have all been in home all together" Sebastian's father raised his glass to his children and they all replied raising theirs in celebration.
"In three days we will be journeying to the palace of the king for a banquet until that happens you're free to do as you wish. Your rooms are ready and I will call my servants to carry your bags. As is like your homes if you require anything ring the bells. I have the highest ranking servants who will adhere to your any wish. To those who have brought your own servants they can either stay in the cellar with the boy or they can stay in your own rooms" he turned to Vapula, Proserpine and Sebastian in turn. They nodded. "There will be a family meal at seven o'clock until then find ways to entertain yourself". He tells them. They all nod and pause a second to make sure he has finished talking. When it is clear he has the room burst into polite conversation mostly aimed at Sebastian for the very same reason the two servants were shocked. "The boy is still alive?" The lady asked him.
"He is. Luckily I have a friend who is an expert in medicine and was able to save his life before it got too into his system." Sebastian took a sip from his drink.
"I don't know why you bothered dear brother. He is but a human after all. Plenty more where he came from" the voice of the brother who last time was seen was constantly intoxicated rang clear. He had not drunk alcohol yet, to the utter annoyance of the rest of the family. They much preferred him drunk.
"Not necessarily as, unless you didn't realise, we have a contract. The death of the child of natural causes can have a horrible effect on my own body."
'I don't want another human anyway... he's not just something that can be replaced so easily'.
"I don't know why you don't take his soul already. A waste of space humans are"
"Don't you dare say that again" Sebastian glared at him his eyes glowing slightly. Murmur and Lilitu looked at each other.
"Father may we be excused" He asked quietly.
"Yes you may son" his father told him.
He grabbed Lilitu's hand and ran out going to find Ciel.

Alois had cleaned his face in a dirty tub of water and he turned back to the three servants who were sat on the floor talking. "Oh my goodness" Amy gasped being the only who could actually see Alois' face. The others turned around. Alois' thin face was bruised and battered. His eye was black and purple and his upper lip was swollen and cut. "What happened to you?" Daniel asked. Alois looked down.
"I was bad".

The twins were having a conversation with Sebastian. Lilitu lived with them and they cared for her everyday. They told him about how she had acted differently now around and about humans. They told her the story of how she defended a little human girl who was a servant in her classes. A boy was bullying the servant pushing her around and Lilitu told him to stop and talked to the little girl, her name was Annie and she was eight years old.
"Because of your human boy Lili has been taught a valuable lesson" one of the brothers, who's name was Gilgamesh, shortened to Gilga to most of the family, told him.
"She has been taught to treat people with respect and dignity even if they are of a lower status to her." The second brother who's name was Enkidu, explained.
"We thank you and we thank the boy" the both said together in perfect unison.
"I will be sure to let him know of your praise." Sebastian smiled genuinely.

None of the children lived in the main house anymore. Murmur now lived with Sebastian's oldest brother. His older sister lived next door to his older brother. They were always so close. The man who drank far too much lived alone, well in a sense he lived alone. He always had ladies around doing his bidding.
"It seems the human has some sort of ability when it comes to that" Vapula looked over his glass. "Murmur is exactly the same." He took a sip before sitting beside Sebastian.
"The other day I saw him talking to Daniel, laughing. He then promised that he would teach him how to play a musical instrument. Murmur, he has never really had an interest with the boy. Now he does because of your servant boy." Funnily enough the oldest brother sounded happy about that, in a way.
"He really is an entrancing little boy" the lady smirked sitting with one leg crossed over the other with a drink of wine in her hand.

"Murmur you know this house better than me... where would Ciel be?" Lilitu asked looking around.
"Probably in the cellar" he shrugged. The youngest demon grabbed her brothers hand and ran downstairs. They were about to get to the door at the bottom of the cellar when there path was blocked by a tall figure. "I apologise my lord and lady. This area is out of bounds to anyone who isn't a servant. Please leave this place" Lilitu grabbed her brothers sleeve.
"Oh please out of bounds. That's ridiculous. This is our family home and we can go wherever we wish" Murmur spoke out bravely.
"I'm afraid not. Leave this place before I remove you". Lilitu tugged on his brothers sleeve.
"Come. We will just call them from the games room" she whispered. He nodded but glared at the man. The man bowed and disappeared. Murmur looked around the corners. "He's gone come on" he pulled his sister down to the cellar and knocked on. The four children inside jumped and Alois froze in position. Oh no. Not now please...
"Hello? Ciel? Daniel?" Murmur called our. All the others relaxed. "Shall I get the door?" Daniel asked. Alois shakily nodded his head. Daniel opened the door for the two demons and they tumbled in.
"Ciel!" They smiled excitedly together. "You're here! We are so glad. We didn't think we would ever see you again". Murmurs smile faded slightly.
"Is it true? That you were poisoned and had to have an operation". Ciel shrugged.
"I don't know about an operation but I was poisoned yes".
"Did you erm get knocked out?" Lilitu asked softly.
"Yes I did. I woke up in the hospital with Master." He told them. They sighed in relief. They were very glad that Ciel had not seen what had actually happened to Abdiel and Incubus.

"Please it is not proper for a master to be down here" Alois whispered to them after a brief silence.
"Let us go to the games room. Ciel, Daniel, Amy.. oh dear I have forgotten your name" Murmur looked down at the little blond boy.
"A... Alois" he muttered.
"Ciel, Alois, Daniel, Amy won't you come with us please to the games room" Murmur smiled. Two of the servants nodded and followed them leaving Ciel and Alois.
"Are you not coming Alois?" Ciel asked him. The blond boy shook his head.
"I cannot. Master will be angry". Ciel smiled softly.
"Please. They have invited you he will not be angry at you for leaving if they invited you. Come with me" he held out his hand. Alois glanced at it.
"Okay... I will come with you" he walked up the stairs in front of Ciel as the blue eyed boy sighed.
"Poor little boy".
