Chapter 41

Agad akong napatingin sa katapat Kong upuan at dahil sa gulat at bigla akong nasamid.

Agad kong itinakip ang palad ko sa bibig ko at dali -daling tumayo at pumunta sa lababo.

" Are you ok ? "

Narinig kong tanong nya sakin , sa likod ko  habang panay ang ubo ko, kahit Hindi ko naman sya tingnan ay alam ko  pa rin naman na sumunod sya sakin.

Agad akong napatigil sa pag - ubo ko,  kasabay ng pagbilis ng tibok ng puso ko,  at halos pagpigil ko ng paghinga ng maramdaman ko ang paghaplos nya sa likod ko.

" Hey,  are you ok?  "

Nagaalalang tanong nya sakin, sabay ng paghawak nya sa balikat ko at iniharap nya ako sa kanya.

" Hey! Baby,  answer me, are you,  OK ? "

Agad akong napatango bilang sagot. Napasinghap ako at lalong nagtriple ang pagtibok ng puso ko sa sunod nyang ginawa.

God! What happen to my heart, bakit ganito kabilis ang pagtibok nito. Ano bang nangyayari sakin, bakit ganito ang pakiramdam ko habang yakap nya ako, I feel safe and secure in his arms.

" Thanks god ! You're fine,  you scared me. "

Sabi nya sakin at hinalikan ako sa ulo, dahil sa ginawa  nya,  alam kong pulang pula na ang mukha ko.

Chris /Clyde P. O. V

" Ano ka ba papatayin mo ba ako , ha ? "

She asked, while giving me a death glare. 

" I'm sorry. "

I apology said . We are now again on the dine in table, I sat on the chair opposite on her.

She stare at me for a couple of seconds before she let a heave sighed, and stood up on her chair.

" Hey!  Where are you going?  "

I asked her when she was going to turn her back on me.

" In my room, I know na kakain ka na, kaya iiwan na kita, tutal tapos na rin naman ako. "

" No ! "

She's furrowing her eyebrows on me,  after she heard what I have said.

I let a heave sighed before I spoke.

" You don't need to leave....I mean-- you can join me, I know you're not yet done eating your foods. "

" Like what I've said a while ago, I already done eating. "

" please... just stay. "

I pleadingly said, when she turn her back on me.

"I know you're still mad at me...and I just want  to apologize.  I'm sorry, for what I have said a while ago about  your parents, I didn't mean to say those words. And for shouting you...I'm really sorry... I hope you can forgive me. "

I explain to her.

" is it ok with me, if you can 't accept my apology, right now..but I hope you can forgive me. "

I continuely said when I heard nothing on her, I let a deep sighed before I stood up on my chair, ready to leave her.

" OK fine!  "

I looked at her, when she sat again on her chair.

Is she accepting my apology, already ? I ask to myself while looking at her with the shocked and happiness visible in my eyes.

" are you going to stand there while I am eating or we're going to start eating ."

I automatically sat again on my chair, and look at her.

Good God, she's really more adorable and lovely every time she blushed.

And i want to kiss those checks right now.

Hey!  Chris!  Control yourself , you'll be scared her if you do that and I know you don't want that to happen right ?

I heave a sighed because of what my inner thought say.

I know you admit, now to your self that you already fall for her. But you need to be careful to your actions and you need to control your self.

" Yeah. "

" Are you saying something? "

I go back to my senses when I hear her voice and our eyes met,  I automatically hold my breath. Damn!  I silently cursed when my heart automatically triplicate in time .

" Hey!  Earth to Clyde!  "

I cleared my throat and looked at her, but my eyes widen when I see her face that has a only few inches away on my face.

And when our eyes met and when my gaze turn to her small thin pinkish lips,  I swallow hard.

Good God! Please don't torture me like this! I felt relieve when she go back to her chair.

"Ahmm... I'm sorry..  "

She said while looking at her own plate not bothering to look at me.

And a small curve form in my lips when I see her blushing and God she's very adorable and lovely every time she blushed,  and I love it.

" Hoy!  Anong nginingiti - ngiti mo dyan. "

I immediately erase the smile on my lips when I looked at her and about to answer her question but she asked me again.

"Are you ok?  "

"Yeah. Let's eat.  "

I said and start to eat. Minute has past our dinner went well and we talk a lot of things,  including how her parents die. At first I saw hesitation in her eyes if she will going to tell me or not.

But then again,  she told me that her parents died in their burning house,  after that she live at the orphanage for 2 weeks.

Then uncle get her and bring her here in their house.

"Ahmm.. Sige pasok na ko. "

She said and turning her back on me.  We're here at the front of her bedroom door.

" Wait ! "

" bakit may sasabihin ka ba?  "

"Ahmm.. I-i just - "

I heave a deep sigh before looking at her.

" I just want to apologize again for what I have said to your parents. And for questioning how they raised you... I know ...my apology was not enough for what I've said  to them. I will understand if you will not accept my apology... In the first place it's my fault and-"

" Enough. "

I looked at her when she cut me off.
