I guess some things never change.

Me and Freddy sat in our usual desks in Mrs. Fishers classroom. As I nibbled on my cookie, and Freddy ate his sandwich, we heard Mrs. Fisher enter the room with an annoyed look. She directed her gaze at me, and I nearly turned to stone. "Alison Marie Jenson?" She says. I gulped. I nodded, and she pointed to a desk in the back. So back, I'm sure she would even forget I was in the class! "From now on, you're sitting in the back. And Freddy, you'll be sitting here in front. Understood?" She said.

"Yes ma'am," we both said in unison. She nodded, and dismissed us.

Once we were out of the class, Freddy glanced at me. "Your middle name's Marie?" He said. I chuckled, "I thought you knew everything about me. And yet you don't know my middle name?" We both laughed it off, and we continued walking in silence.
"Maybe I should make a top 5 list," he said. "On what?" I asked. He laughed a bit, and I cocked an eyebrow. "On top 5 worst teachers," he said. I cleared my throat, "Mrs. Fisher will most definitely win first place." We bursted out laughing, and I actually felt better than before. I punched his shoulder lightly, "at least we have one class together. Better than none."

Math was my second period class, and it sucked. All we did was talk about upcoming events and assessments, and how we're going to prepare for them. I had Zach and Summer in math class. I think I have Zach in all of my classes, except for art. I had Summer in art, and I felt that was a problem. Tamika was in all of my classes except for homeroom, and Lawrence and I had three classes together, which was science, social studies, and ELA (dunno if that's what you guys call it, but that's what I used to call English class when I was in middle school through high school.)

I had three classes before lunch. Which means I went to math before lunch, and math and English classes are two periods long. Art was my last period, and... I'm rambling aren't I?
Whatever. Curse this journal.

Last period: Art

The bell rang, and Freddy and I decided to sit next to each other. I looked at the board, and the teachers name read:
Ms. Cook.
I sighed, and looked over at Freddy. He seemed to be happy about something.
I was about to ask him about what, but then there was that familiar sharp pain in my stomach. It was on my right side, but I tried to hide any evident emotion. "You seem happy Freddy," I said, trying to clear my face of pain with a smile.
He shook his head with excitement. "you'll see why," he said. The tardy bell rang, and I was wondering where the teacher was.
Then, an all too familiar face entered the room. His smile gave me a nostalgic feeling of the sixth grade, and my heart skipped a beat.

In Ms. Cook's place, was Mr. Finn.
