Look at the pic and you tell me, daddy got a boner or what? 😂

My Saturday morning didn't exactly go as expected. For three consecutive nights, Shay slept over at my house and all we did was chat about nonsense, watch comedy movies, and stalk our favorite celebrities.
Three nights. My mom had already even joked about adopting Shay.
Then there was Friday night. Supposedly, I was alone. I would be thinking to myself all night and you know how that would lead to. But that night, my dad came up to my room and talked to me about boys. Nothing particularly dramatic, but I did tear up because I never knew my dad was capable of being sweet. He encouraged me to keep going and stay head strong because well, boys will be boys, and I was supposed to be a girl who makes boys cry and not otherwise.
To cut it short, everyone was there for me. They never left me alone for so long and always offered me their company; these times I really open my eyes and realize people's worth in my life.
That's why today I didn't have anything planned. I just wanted to stay at home and probably watch make-up tutorials on youtube all day. Or read on Wattpad. All that girl stuff.
But then my mom came knocking at my door at 8:30 am on a Saturday saying someone wanted to see me.
I got nervous going down the stairs and I almost felt like it was him. Maybe I was just really paranoid nowadays, or perhaps it was my subconscious mind who was pushing the idea of him. Either way, I dreaded talking to him ever again.
"They're on the living room with your dad and your brother," my mom informed me before she disappeared to another room.
They're?
I hurried downstairs and headed towards the living room, immediately hearing laughter from my dad. Then when I finally reached it, I realized that I should have known who it would be.
"You guys," I said, standing near the couch.
"Oh, there she is." My dad turned his attention to me.
I groaned at the trio. "What you guys doing here?"
"Good morning to you, too," D'Angelo joked.
"Well, dress up. We gonna take you out," Ben told me enthusiastically.
I looked at them in confusion. "Um, hold up. I don't remember us talking about going out."
