Rainbow Obsidian was the talk of the temple for about 3 days. Pearl and Garnet expressed their concerns and their dissapointments that they hadn't told them about her. To which Amethyst and Tanzenite apologized and explained why.
They all had a good laugh after Tanzenite embarassed herself for getting overexcited while explain her portion of the fusion.

Hours and days passed and everyone was back into rythm. There were no new sightings or senses of monster gems at the moment so everyone was taking it easy. Steven had gone to the barn for a while, Pearl was somewhere undoubtedly training, Amethyst was eating something she probably shouldn't be and Garnet was no where to be found; which was normal, since she often went on missions by herself.
It was now when Tanzenite took to stealing off into town or out to see to explore. Today was no different. Tanzenite headed out onto the beach and sat just out of the reach of the waves. She sighed and stared out over the ocean. The waves were gentle but still had that familiar sound of water sliding over the sand. The wind was light and cold despite the warm sun shining down, fall had nearly claimed nature by this time, so many falls she had experienced. Tanzenite smiled and breathed in the air. The smell was her favorite, the colors were her favorite, fall was her favorite. She waited every year to feel the warm chill, to smell the earth, to hear to rain, and to see people bundling up from the cold nights. She could almost feel the cold now, thousands of years and only recently had she bagan feeling nature for herself.

She removed one glove and stretched out her hand and let the waves rush over. It gave her chills. She smiled and rested her head on her knees. A gust if wind blew in her face. It had so much force she sat up out of her control. She looked up to the sky, where the wind seemed to dissapeare too.
"No matter what... right?" Her eyes shot open and she stood up. She listened closely.
"No matter what... right?" She could hear her clearer than ever before. She looked around sharply. The voice faded. She felt her eyes well.
"How can I help you if you tell me where you ARE!?" She screamed, balling her hands into fists. She opened her eyes and realized that even if she could hear her, Jasper wouldn't have answered. She slept ed her hands to her face she fell back down to the sand and cried. She was now beginning to doubt if Jasper even was calling her, maybe her mind is still broken somehow, maybe she's imagining it. She didn't know, and this is what made her finally break.
