Surrender

She reappeared a ways away from her run down shack, she now used to live in, and looked up to an open field.
"Well... that could have gone better." She looked to the warp pad behind her.
"Much better." She frowned and stood up, moved away from the warp pad, and waited. She closed her eyes and thought about the tall dark Gem with glasses.
"Garnet..." she whispered in her mind.
"Garnet, I know you can sense me... if you really are as powerful as I've seen.... I'm here." She meditated on those words until she started to sense activity from the warp pad. A sudden stream of light shot up into the air. Emerging from inside it were the shapes of the three Gems from before. Tanzenite stayed still this time. She didn't jump, she didn't try to flee. She knew what she had to do. Even if she was scared to do it.

Garnet, Amethyst, and Pearl surrounded her. She remained still.
"Why are you here!? Where is the rest of your crew!?" Pearl exclaimed again. Tanzenite looked up at her and extended her index finger. Pearl looked confused. Tanzenite looked at Garnet who nodded in response.
"But, Garnet she-!" Garnet placed a hand on Pearl's shoulder. Pearl grumbled and looked at Tanzenite.
Tanzenite stood at that moment and raised her hands.
"I surrender."
"Wh-what!?" Pearl shouted angrily
"Huh!?" Amethyst joined.
"Very well..." Garnet said nodding her head.
"I offer my service, and wish to remain unbubbled, I will not try to escape, I assure you, I have no connection to homeworld." She said looking at Pearl.
Garnet nodded again and grabbed her gently by the wrist.
"But this doesn't mean we trust you." She warned.
"Agreed."
