Epilogue

I was busy baking the cake when suddenly something wet ran down my spine. I shreaked only to find Nate smirking holding some ice in his hand.

"What the hell Nate? I am trying to actually do something serious here."

"Well, I have other plans with you." He said huskily and leaned in to kiss me.

Before our lips met ...

"Mommy, why is daddy eating you?" Came my eight year old daughter's voice making me push Nate away.

"Nat! Just come out. Leave mommy daddy alone." Came my nine year old son's voice.

"But Chase! Daddy is eating mommy." Natalie was close to tears.

"Aw baby. Shsh. It's okay daddy is not eating mommy." Nate lifted her up rubbing smooth circles on her back whispering sweet things while I smiled.

Chase came running over to me and asked "can I eat the cake mommy?" With his big innocent eyes.

Chase got Nate's dark brown hair and my green eyes while Natalie got my blonde hair and green eyes. Yes. Both of them got my green eyes. Nate always complained they looked more like me but they behave just like him.

Chase mostly loooks like Nate except the eyes. And Natalie is totally like me except her cute little nose.

"No baby. We are waiting for the others remember?"

"But how long?" He pouted.

"Soon honey. They are on their way." I said and went back to baking.

We were waiting for the squad and Jessica to show up. Over time we all got even closer if possible. Jessica got pregnant just a few months after me and gave birth to beautiful twins Jamie and Blake. Clarr now has a 7 year old son Archer. Anna and Brandon settled late and have a five year old daughter Alex while Del and Aqua adopted Nori who now turned seven a few months ago.

"We're here! Yay! Chaaaaaase!" Came a baby voice of Blake who came running inside. He saw me and smiled boyishly waving his hand frantically

"Hey Nessi!" He came and kissed my cheek causing me to chuckle. And then he went searching for Chase.

"Ness!" Jess called me through the doorway waving while her daughter Jamie followed her hiding behind her mother shyly. That one is just too adorable.

"Hey Jess!, Hello Jamie. How is my wittle Jam- Jam doing poo?" I asked in baby voice making her red.

"Hey Nessi. I am not a little kid anymore ." She said defiantly turning red.

"You are always a baby. Jamie is a baby baby. Jamie is a baby." Chase shouted causing her to scowl and they started fighting. Everyone came after a while and we were all chatting and laughing.

It took a lot of effort to separate the girls and the boys from each other cuz they were hell bound to tear each other apart. Natalie, Jamie, Alex and Nori always team up against Chase, Blake and Archer. And it takes a hulk to calm them down. Kids these days.

"I am looking forward to a day where they stop fighting." I said to the ladies while the men were busy in the lawn outside .

"Dont worry. They will grow up to become close friends just like us" Jessica said smiling contently at the children.

"I am totally shipping Jamie and Chase though." Anna said making us laugh. They are just too cute

"What about Blake and Natalie?" Del added.

"Nori and Blake?" I added

"Okay guys, I think we should stop shipping our children. They will find their own ways in life " Aqua said with a smile.. Everything is just perfect and I couldn't ask for more.
